Big Chicken

I'm going to give 5 stars to this location because it's deserved. The food was good, the service was great and the place was very clean with an inviting atmosphere.

My last Big Chicken experience was in Gilbert AZ, and I was NOT impressed. It was newly opened and over staffed, with a lot of the staff standing around... I get it. I need to give new franchise locations a second chance. Here's to second chances, or maybe all locations are not created equal.

I ordered Shaq attack with crinkle cut fried and a Diet Pepsi. The burger came out beautiful and tasted out of this world. The people are nice , it’s nice cozy fast food place. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best chicken sandwich I've ever had! I got the Ultimate Shaqed up with bacon and... I feel like it was R rated in here for a moment.

Greeted soon as we came in. Came here with my family. They have really good lemonade. All the sauces are pretty good! Place is clean. Will definitely be back. Thank you

This is a fun place to get crispy fried chicken goodness at The Landing. Service is fast, the seating area is plentiful, and the sauce bar has something for everyone. The Nashville hot chicken was just right, with a nice coating of sauce that didn't drown out everything else and had a bite. The milkshakes are massive, something that can definitely be shared between two people. One of the surprises here was the thin treatment of steak fries that leaves them delectably crispy and perfect for dipping in the sauces.

Big chicken is the spot for, well, big chicken. Got the Nashville hot and boy was it hot. Highly recommend if you like spice. The coleslaw was interesting, with it being closer to a taco topping than traditional coleslaw to me. It was still good, though. Mac and cheese is also solid.
This location was great as I'd placed an online order, but the order wasn't there when I went to pick it up. They gladly made my stuff fresh, apologizing for the mistake. I didn't mind the wait for hotter food.

This place is awesome and the customer service is perfect. The double chocolate milkshakes are so thick and super yummy . I tried the popcorn chicken it was ok a bit to spicy for me . The mac and cheese was great . My next visit I will have to try a chicken sandwich .

I dropped in on a Tuesday at about 1015. There was a short wait to order. Employees were friendly and all had smiles. Food was smoking hot 🔥. And delicious. Fries where perfectly salted and tasty. The original chicken sandwich was fabulous. Crispy chicken big crunchy pickles, sauce was smokey and not sweet like some other places. Bun was not soggy either like other chicken places. Great place.

I bought some chicken tender and I must say that it was the most juicy and tender chicken I ever had in a restaurant like this. Go there and get some you would enjoy it a lot, The staff was good and friendly. The atmosphere is clean and nice i like it a lot, i will come back again for sure.

Hands down the best chicken sandwich in the area. For me beats the whole chicken sandwich war we had years back. Order yourself a Uncle Jerome; that chicken is seasoned to perfection, spicy and flavorful. Then go ahead an order the Crispy Chicken Grilled Cheese. You can never go wrong with a grilled cheese. The servings for this one was massive, I could only eat half and ate the other half for lunch the next day. Of course get a side, I was basic and got French fries, what a unique twist on the fries, so flat and crispy. I will be going back to try a shake and the sliders. 10/10 highly recommend!

Came in for my first time today with my family. The food is SO GOOD. Very clean Every single employee in there was incredibly nice and asked more than once how we were doing. I just couldn't believe it because you hardly see that anymore in today's society. Everything about the experience was 10/10. Very happy. Will definitely come back!

glad there’s another option for some hot chicken, or fried chicken in general, in renton! There’s also a grilled chicken for the sandwiches as an option but I can’t speak on that because we all went with the fried chicken… why not?!

The uncle Jerome was marked spicy and as their signature Nashville hot chicken. It wasn’t spicy enough for me! Tasty but I wish it had more of a kick to it.

The BIGGER popcorn chicken can feed two people. I liked it! I’d order it again and try to eat it by myself next time. There several sauces that complements the popcorn chicken well. The sauce is a self-serve section by the beverage, which I think is a kind of a horrible spot to put it next to because during peak hours, it’ll just be extremely crowded between lines of people wanting sauce and people filling up their drinks.

The staff were great. From the greeter, to the cashier, and to the sweet lady calling out orders, they all had so much enthusiasm.

I want to try the big cookie next time haha so random but it looked bomb.

I was eager to try Shaq’s new Big Chicken restaurant and I wasn’t disappointed. In fact, I was impressed. In my opinion, it’s head and shoulders above Chik-fil-A and Popeyes. Check out my pics of the Uncle Jerome’s Nashville Hot sandwich and the atmosphere. I will definitely return but next time I’ll get the Ultimate 🤩😝

The oreo milkshake, french fries, and the sliders I got were delicious. I love the american cheese that was on the slider and the chicken that was on there to. The milkshake tasted like maple syrup, it didn't taste like that every sip I took. Just some. It didn't take long to get the food and staff were nice. The manager I'm going to assume checked on us and took our trays and put them in the garbage. This place was great I would recommend this place to eat at.

There's so much to say! This was my first time coming here, and it's absolutely incredible. The piece of chicken in the sandwich was thick and juicy, and the jalapeño slaw was flavorful and not terribly spicy. All of it worked so well together!
The dirty fries were amazing as well, and such a big portion of them! The cheese, peppers, bacon and barbecue sauce all work really well together, none of it over powers one another.
The people working there were so friendly and wonderful to talk to, I could feel the hospitality as soon as I got up to the counter!
This place really does stand out as one of the best fried chicken sandwich places I've had the pleasure of visiting, and now that I know about it, I'm definitely going to be coming back!

The customer service was great and the food was AMAZING! I wish they had a location in Wenatchee, WA where we traveled from. Hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while but I don't really go down to the landing that much, decided to try it out on a Thursday evening before taking my friend to the airport. It was not crowded at all and the place was super clean. We ordered online then decided to eat there. The staff were very nice.

The chicken sandwich was very fresh tasting, I can tell they used good quality ingredients. The chicken was very tender and crispy. I like that the seasoning is kind of peppery! The fries were great and their lemonade tasted fresh with real strawberries and no artificial flavors. Portions are good sized.

Overall I'm looking forward to going back soon!

It's definitely one of the better fried chicken sandwiches. The drink station also had a better variety than most fast food restaurants. Don't skip the milkshakes, they're as good as you are going to get at a fast food joint.

Big Chicken just opened yesterday and I had to go as soon as I heard about it. I have to say, this is already going to the top of my regular chicken places! Got the Shaq Attack crispy chicken sandwich and the Popcorn chicken and they were both delicious 🤤 The Shaq Attack has a flavorful jalapeno slaw, moist crispy fried chicken in between delicious buns. Popcorn chicken BIG is 5oz of goodness and delicious.

While waiting for my food I ended up meeting the owner, David who was a very nice guy and talked to me about his business and you can just tell he has a love for spicy chicken! He recommended getting the Uncle Jerome (Nashville hot) and their Ice cream sandwich next time! Soon they're going to have mobile ordering as well so you can order ahead for pickup. Hope they get rewards program going too because I plan to be here all the time!
