We were so incredibly impressed by Michelle’s knowledge and customer service. She knew exactly what to recommend and was extraordinarily patient and knowledgeable. She followed-up by phone and email exactly when promised, looked for alternatives for us, and even assisted us by recommending measurements for handles based on our cabinet measurements.

In addition, the prices were significantly less than their competitors - even better than the online sites.

We used Granite Bay for all our plumbing needs on our recent whole house renovations. Sarah George was excellent from the moment we met her, she listened to us and worked hard to ensure products she showed us met the style and look we wanted as well as fit out budget. This was a huge project as it replaced and added many new fixtures. We met with Sarah a few times at the gallery where she took the time to show and explain the functions and features of the various fixtures. Who knew there were so much to consider and so many choices!! From toilets to sinks to showers and drains, from lighted mirrors to bath fans and more. We love how it makes our home not only functional, modern but beautiful to look at. Sarah was professional, warm and friendly and took care of every detail. She ensured the order was correct and quickly fixed any issue. Working with Sarah made all the difference as we knew we had a trusted adviser who looked out for our satisfaction with excellent service! They will not disappoint!.

This showroom took me to the next level of plumbing heaven. If you need to buy the best, up to date, high end plumbing fixtures this is the place to go. Staff is knowledgeable to the products that they carry and can design bathrooms, kitchens, and even outdoor kitchens. Great place to shop for the right free standing tubs, light fixtures, cabinets, or cabinet hardware.

We are in the process of our remodel. Picking out and finalizing choices has been effortless and rather enjoyable here. Erica is our designer and very thoughtful and listens to your wishes and really works on making your selections fit your tastes and pricing budget. Highly recommend. I'll update as we order and install.

From returns to over-the-phone ordering, to browsing the showroom floor and looking up info in the books. No task overwhelms or bothers her. The prices are remarkable, as well. Thank you!

Purchased shower walls and pan. Did not open boxes to check on pick up. Stored in shop till ready for installation. We found the pan damaged in packaging in box as we took it out. They would not exchange pan. Made us spend another $400 on second pan. Pan was damaged when we picked up, but we didn’t check before leaving. Kept pieces laying flat in transport and handled ourselves for framers, so know for a fact we did not damage it. Terrible customer service. Would never go there again. Check and unbox your purchases before you leave or accept delivery for damages, so you don’t have to go through what we did. They should have made it right with over $2500 worth of merchandise purchased.
