I had zero wait time on a Wednesday at lunch time. Two sales reps greeted me and Layla (I think that's her name) immediately diagnosed the problem with my phone, told me I did NOT need to buy a new phone when I was sure I did, and was very patient with my questions and lack of knowledge. I had absolutely a five star experience and when I do need a new phone, I'll be buying it here.

The store was clean and organized. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Went in to pick up the phone I ordered online. Lockers did not work properly. Salesperson, apologized for the inconvenience and helped me retrieve the phone.

Visited with my wife and daughter on 04/08/23 My wife was looking at new phones and i had an issue with my voicemail. The entire staff went over and beyond to assist me with my issue and were absolutely fantastic on diagnosing what the issue was. 5 stars for this awesome Saturday staff.

Worked with Vont, he was so amazing. He helped me leave ATT and got to keep all my numbers for my lines. He's the best he called in for us and did all the talking g and got us great deals on new phones.

I just had a fantastic buying experience at this Verizon store on Rockside Independence. Our sales associate Jason was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and patient. He spent some time transferring phone info to the new phone we purchased. The old phone was a relic so this was an effort and I am so glad Jason knew exactly was he was doing to get the job done...and all with a smile and a few jokes he threw in. Thankfully it was very pleasant experience. I will definitely keep Jason's name handy when I make future purchases. Thank you Jason!

Okay, I just have to say Wow!! Chris, Sumair and Tamara were absolutely wonderful! My Blind MIL and I came in to get her a new IPhone and they all spent so much time helping us! My MIL can’t believe how great these three were to us! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back for future purchases!

It was a very informative, cheerful visit;

and I got an invitation to come back to buy my new phone in the next few months...there may be a promotion at that time.

Great staff. Sumair was extremely helpful in solving my issue and going out of his way to provide an affordable solution. Having stopped at another Verizon store, this was never even discussed, so it was a great catch. Service was great, all COVID protocols followed, would definitely recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Andy welcomed us and the problems we incurred at a different verizon authorized retailer. He had great energy and a drive to help. Andy was absolutely fantastic and stayed with us until everything was solved. Cannot say enough good things about his level of service and positive attitude. He was genuine in his approach to correcting the mistakes made and walked us through the whole process so we were informed. Go see Andy, he was wonderful, and we are so thankful!

Brought in my S20 5G due to an Samsung software / Security update "glitch" that rendered it unable to connect to Verizon services anymore. Tori did an awesome job getting me hooked up with a new phone after spending a long time dealing with the issue, and with tech support. She genuinely cared that my 1 year old phone was now unusable and worked hard to get me an alternative great deal. Thanks Tori!

Shane is incredibly helpful! Even when Verizon themselves wouldn’t help my boyfriend Shane went out of his way to be sure we got a phone. If you have to go to the store, I highly recommend asking to deal with him!

We went to this location over the weekend to look into getting a phone for our preteen daughter and I cant say enough good things about our salesman, Jason.
They had a BOGO special on the iphone XR and since my husband was due for an upgrade we took advantage of the promo deal. Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (and comical). He answered all our questions and concerns and helped us decided which would be the perfect plan to add our daughter. He even helped me with some issues I was having with my phone. I don't write reviews often, but when i get exceptional service, you better believe I will let people know. Thanks Jason for all your help.

HUGE S/O to the employees of Verizon Wireless in Independence, Oh!! They got me together (after assisting me transfer 11,000+ photos) and they did it all with laughs and smiles!!!! Oh and I can't leave out the store's DJ!!!! Who played the dopest song tracks the entire time! 🎵🎶Thanks again to Reese, James (the comedian), Harvey, "DJ", Dan, etc. (the other names are not mentioned because I didn't remember them all)!! I had great service from this location Justin explained all my options in detail. He answered all my questions and helped me transfer all my info from my old phone to my new one. I have been a verizon customer for 29 years. I would recommend this store.

Can't say enough about the service, totally GREAT! Jason was such a gentleman and switched my phone from old to new phone in great time. Every question and concern was fully addressed.

Went in for some upgrades and some advice and I was treated professionally by Jason panhorst. He is a true representative of a professional customer service representative of your company.

I went there to switch my sim card and got my plan fixed and everything explained as it should have been. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he speaks 11 languages and he did a great job.

Audrey is amazing so helpful great spirit bubbly and knew exactly how to help us and show us the best deals
