AT&T Store

I was meaning to fix my phone for the longest time and I finally had enough time to take it in today. I was greeted at the door by a guy named Ed, he was super helpful and completely fixed my phone. Not only did this store provide good service but it also had such an uplifting environment. Much better than the environment at the Lincolnwood store.

The service was beyond phenomenal! I walked and a man named Ed was quick and helpful especially because I was in a time limit and he took consideration of my time. I thought good service was dead but he proved me wrong love to see it!

The best cell phone store experience I've ever had. Alex and Ed were incredibly helpful and great to work with. They helped us navigate a complex situation with ease, and had a great time doing it. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The entire staff were super friendly and welcoming. Customer service is definitely their specialty. And on top of the customer service, they were all very knowledgeable when it came to the questions I had. I’ve been having an issue I needed to be resolved that I wanted to give up on but Ed reassured me he can do his part in helping solve my issue. Ed was very patient with me and all of my talking / explaining
As I walked out they even held the door open for me.

I recently visited this location and received one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a phone store. Ed is very knowledgeable and charismatic. I highly recommend this location over others in the area.

I went in to buy a new phone today and this young man named Edward was very helpful. He showed me all the possible options they had for iPhones and provided me with the significant differences between each phone. So thankful to have met Edward and AT and T is lucky to have him.

My wife and I came to the store to upgrade our phones. Brenda was very helpful while we looked at different phones. She was pleasant to work with and her knowledge of the phones and plans made our decision easier. She answered all our questions.The store was out of stock at the time so the phones were ordered and mailed to our house. A couple days later we returned to have our new phones set up. Alex was professional while he set up our new phones. He explained the process as the transfer of data from the old phones to the new phones. Both Brenda and Alex were a pleasure to work with. Highly Recommended.

Ed was lovely! Extremely funny and quite entertaining. He helped me with my phone troubles very efficiently and I walked out with a new phone in minutes. Highly recommend this location for all AT&T inquiries.

Had such a great experience with Ed! He was patient, hilarious and very helpful. Ed even stayed 30 minutes after close to make sure we were satisfied customers. 100% recommend this location and ask for Ed.

My phone was giving me a hard time and I decided to take it to this store. The whole team was very welcoming and the atmosphere felt positive and up lifting. Edward, The store manager, assisted me with my problem and overall I had a great experience with this store. I will definitely be coming back to this store again and telling my friends how amazing this location is!!!

The customer service here was top tier. It didn’t take long for their manager Edd to sign me up for a plan and he was very efficient. There was a rude customer that was causing problems and Edd was quick to deal with him calmly and return to helping me choose my 1st net plan.

I need some help with my mobile plan because I have a bunch of stuff with AT&T. Edward at this location was very cool and laid out all my options he wasn’t just trying to find something that he could sell me. I ended up figuring out the best situation that will work for my family and me, so I really appreciated his insight and wanted to Recommend this location if you are looking for wireless help or service.

Just came in to switch carriers and experienced top tier service here at the Skokie AT&T. Edd and Brenda have really came through and made this process super easy for us. Would definitely come back with any future questions or issues with our service.

Came in this week and Edd welcomed me with a smile! I enjoyed talking to him and he even gave me some options of which phone case would best fit my phone! At&T is very lucky to have a manager like Edd!

I came to this location to get some AirPods pro on the 20th and i couldn't have had a better experience with Ed and his new padawan Z. They took care of me fast and they were informative, I would come back here anytime.

Got tired of paying an arm & leg for T mobile and Needed to update my phones to the newest iPhones, the people here are great, Eddie was such a great help and thorough, he cuts no corners. Made me feel great switching my services and upgrading my internet. 10/10 I highly recommend

The employees and manager at this store are incredible - kind, knowledgeable, customer-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I have had such positive experiences both times I have gone here that I ended up switching my phone plan over to AT&T just for the customer service experience I knew I would be able to count on at this store.

Accidentally bought the wrong charger, Gabe and Edd were really cool with helping me do the return and made the whole thing super painless
