Mattress Firm personnel were friendly and very helpful in choosing a new bed with adjustable frame. Delivery was prompt and when the bed proved a little too high for my short legs (I wasn't there for delivery) they said there would be no problem in having someone come by to adjust the length of the legs. I was happy with the purchase and service. The men who came to adjust the height of the bed were great. They were personable and worked quickly. Now the height of the bed is perfect.

Had an awesome experience. First time shopping here for a mattress and walked out with a purchase. Delivery was quick and the delivery people were very friendly. Sales rep was the best. Answered all my question and was very knowledgeable. Khalil was very helpful in assuring me I would be satisfied with my purchase. I definitely am satisfied. You rock!

The man who helped us, Khalil I believe, was so nice. He did a great job breaking down all of our options. He didn’t try to upsell us or anything. He is super knowledgeable and made us feel well taken care of.

Came in late night, probably an hour before closing. Wasn't expecting anything, was really just shopping around, but Khalil was just way too good of a guy, never really pressured us into making a purchase, was just showing us beds around the whole shop. He wanted to make sure that we found the bed perfect for us and honestly, I just found the bed that I could just not let go and made a purchase. I will give an update once I get my mattress, but feeling it in the shop compared to just buying something online is just something that you have to do and this is the place to do it!

Cleo helped us out. Cool dude! He was well-informed and thoroughly answered our questions. We appreciate the old school, traditional, one-on-one attention and friendly customer service. This is our third purchase here. We keep returning because of the great quality products, great customer service and no-hassle sales. Definitely recommend!

Went to this place to look for a mattress. Great customer service from Darren. He gave us different options to make us feel comfortable. Let me tell you guys that they have the best customer service and the best finance 0% YES 0% FINANCE. Plus 10 Year warranty from their product, so there was not need to pay extra money at all.
If you guys want a great mattress and great finance, this is the right place to come.
We ended up getting a Queen size. Come and check for yourself.

Harry was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our pursuit of a better nights sleep. After spending a little over an hour talking to him, we went to a couple other places to see what they could do, but no one treated us as well as he did. We came back in and were instantly taken care of. He not only remembered the model we were looking at but remembered our names as well (even on a busy holiday weekend). He was direct with us about what was in our price range and didn’t make us feel like he was trying to upsell us. Overall, I highly recommend Mattress Firm Cerritos. Make sure you ask for Harry.

I bought a mattress from Mattress Firm in the past. I had another great experience in store shopping experience at Mattress Firm this weekend.

Harry, the sales person, was kind, courteous, and helpful. I was provided time and space to make a decision between all of the mattresses. It’s fantastic customer service. All of the options were great. I genuinely wouldn’t buy a mattress elsewhere.

The entire mattress buying experience was incredibly easy. I was helped by Harry. I was looking at a particular model that I found online and wanted to test it out in person. After laying on it for a few seconds, I didn’t feel 100% about it. Harry had a suggested another model for me. I immediately knew that was the right one. He set everything up for me, including the delivery date.

My mattress was delivered two hours earlier than the expected timeframe. The delivery guys were kind and courteous.

It’s been about a week since I’ve slept in my new mattress and it’s better than I had expected. What an incredible experience from start to end!

Harry is the best sales associate! He was patient with us in the selection process, knowledgeable of all floor items, and very thorough (never pushy) when it was time to follow up. We have no complaints, he’s the go-to guy!

Khalil is a great sales representative. Patient and kind, even with the silly banter my husband and I had. Gave great suggestions, went in mostly to look and found a much better bed than we planned on.

We came to look at mattesss here, we had just come from living spaces and man did our guy Khalil literally helped us out! Buttery smooth experience getting a new matress. Store had a good amount of options to try, staff were polite & knowledgeable, great sale prices, and best of all my wife & I didnt feel pressured for a sale. Staff remained informative of their selections, deals, and general mattress industry tips. Our sleep expert was Khalil. Cant recommend enough this Cerritos location.
