Print Charming

I needed to print book markers for my mom's memorial service. I didn't have a lot of luck creating my project online with my phone. Hector was very kind and helped me get the front and back of the bookmark together so I would have them for my mom's memorial service the next day. He did a great job and had attention to detail, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer here for 13 years . They have outstanding customer service every team member from Ms. AJ., Ryan , Brabyn , Nikki and the new staff are always willing to help .

Unfortunately, I am a last-minute customer who needs a lot of work fast ( I’m getting better ) however, they are always able to accommodate my label wholesale client. They do remarkable work I’ve had the pleasure of ordering banners, QR codes, graduation size, business cards, and labels for my candles. They all were top-tier.

Amazing Print QUALITY!!!!! The workers I met are absolutely fantastic people!!! they did they big one with my business card!! It was my first time ordering with them and I will always come back for my printing needs!

Aside from my misunderstanding of EDDM printing, my experience with Print Charming has been exceptional and professional.
Customer service, AJ was great and Andrew the owner was helpful as well.
My cards look amazing and my order was completed promptly.

I was so impressed with their customer service. I wasn’t happy with my original print job because it didn’t look the same as a previous order. The manager/owner called me because he heard I was not satisfied. Then he told me to come back so they could reprint the order correctly.

I was shocked because not one has ever sone this before. This was true customer satisfaction.

Excellent job at Print Charming! I had a contract that I needed printed out, notarized and witnessed. The contract was emailed to me and I am not tech savvy. Angele immediately helped me complete everything! She printed and notarized and got an extra witness and a job I dreaded completing was finished in a short time! Kudos to Print Charming for having such a wonderful employee!!! Thank you!!!!

Came here a while back to have some cards printed for a game I downloaded. The guy who helped me, Ryan I believe, was extremely polite and went above and beyond despite issues with my USB and phone. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Excellent customer service and friendly! I was returning a gaming computer and accessories. The box was huge and the employees were so attentive they saw me struggling lol and offered to take my package from the car. I was also informed of other services they offered which I appreciated. Now when I go back I’m familiar with their services. That’s good business practice in my opinion. The business is also clean and cozy feeling. I hope I have a reason to use them again

When you hear, “first impression is everything,” believe it. The first time I walked in the store, I hear them referring to patrons by name. That was impressive. That means there’s a relationship there.
Then my turn. It was amazing. As a newbie they made me feel as though I’ve been a customer for life.
I came in for a banner. They helped me redesign my logo. They cared about what I wanted and at the same time made suggestions ti make it “pop.”
The finished product turned out even better than expected. And, the turnaround time was hours, not days.
I will be using them again. You should too!

Great customer service! I use them for shipping often. Most recently I purchased sandwich board signs for my school, and they look amazing. So happy to have such an awesome small business nearby.

Had tried to re order some labels and wasnt able to figure out website. I went to the store and got flustered when they suggested to order on line. I left and went home but within 20 minutes recieved a call from the manager who made it clear he would take care of ordering for me.He was very very helpfull, and i mis understood the person at the counter.I highly reccomend this company. They will be sure your satisfied.

Dropped off a few packages to be shipped for work and both employees were very helpful and almost too cheerful for that early in the morning. Happy employees equals happy customers, and Print Charming has that in spades. Highly recommend!

I refuse to go to any other shipping/packaging store. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t help me with. The prices are awesome as well! They will take the time to help you figure out what packing options are best for your items and everything always arrives right on time. Love love this place!

This is an amazing store. I drove from Barnesville, which took about an hour, because I wasn’t sure how I needed to send some documents and knew the customer service at this location would help me figure it out.
