I am a painter and I go there almost every week. They have really good deals, high quality canvases and paints (such as Golden), they gives you coupons and rewards very often... I just love that place!

All my was the service amazing here had some pretty obscure items that I was looking for and the person that helped me lock the whole store with me to get the items then mocked up to cashier and how to make us yourself check out. I wish I would have remembered her name but she was absolutely excellent took her job seriously, but was very playful and fun knew a lot about the store and where things were seem like she should be. A manager of some type based on the service you provided it was absolutely excellent.

This place is awesome. There is a great an amazing variety of products of all price ranges to make all kinds of amazing things. It is so much likely through grandma grandpa's attic.

Great place to get custom framing. There are many beautiful seasonal decorations. Also, plenty of art supplies.

Monica is a saint! Such a great and friendly employee. I wish there were more options as far as profesional brushes but I love this location nonetheless

This place is awesome!!! We come here for various things from time to time and always find good deals. On top of that, the customer service I received from the Store Manager Libby was amazing!! I had an issue with an organizer drawer and she totally helped me out. She sets the best example of how to take care of customer needs. Thanks Libby! We'll be back soon for sure.

Michaels is a fun artsy place. Kids love it. I bring the family here and then we go to menchies frozen yogurt for their special ice cream treat. Michaels is a terrific place for folks to open their creative side

I visited as they were undergoing resetting for new stock so I expected the store to be a bit messy in areas while they worked on getting the new stock spaces set up.

the store was better organized than I expected even while undergoing a layout reset. the employees kept the products organized in carts and helped find what I needed when it wasnt where it used to be. The manager and associate I talked to were nice and friendly and I had no issues checking out.

Always a five star visit at Michaels, the Arts and Crafts arts store

Small store yet what makes up for it is the excellent customer service. Was in the area only to check the store out since my wife only wanted to check out the beads available for her designs, nice selection and prices. Staff was attentive to everyone around.

Best of all was this young female associate, was awesome even during closing time. Was willing to even lend us an umbrella since it was pouring out and we had our kid with us.

Justin was extremely helpful and kind! I was confused about a product price and he walked me through it and made sure I got the discounts the store was having! If you’re having a problem talk to him . Justin is a 5 star guy.
