World Market

Super cool store! Been going for years when they had a location in my hometown in Illinois. Sadly that closed. Wish they would put one in Bradenton/Sarasota area (it would do so well). But I love this location and the merchandise. I always stop in when I’m in Ft Myers!

There are many wonderful items in this store. Specialty foods, wine, items for the kitchen and entertaining, furniture. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in for the first time. Three employees greeted me in different areas of the store. All were super friendly and knowlegeable. You can become a member for extra perks like fabulous free coffee and wine tastings. Try this store, I think you will like it!

I love this place. Shop all the time. Came in to buy my crazy salt which sells out all the time and they discontinued it. How is that. Really. Bring it back.

Jed and Judah are exceptional employees! They went above and beyond to help me purchase a large piece of furniture. Not only did they give me an awesome discount but the also helped me fit it into my car and offered to shift things around to make sure it didn’t get scratched. They are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable!

I shop here quite a bit. I have to say, I’ve had the chance to interact with the manager here twice. Her name is Barbara, and I must say — this woman is extraordinary. Great customer service, always a smile on, she is just wonderful. It makes shopping here so much easier and just great to bump into her when I come in to the store.

I rarely come on here to add a review, but after seeing her today again, I had to share the wonderful experience. You can tell she cares about the store and positive customer interaction.

Great selection of international goodies! The store is clean. The employees are super nice and helpful. The one that checked us out made sure we used our coupon to save money. BUT the best thing we saw was a changing table in the men's bathroom. We don't see this often but we like to make a mental note when we do. It's important for fathers to change diapers too. Lol

Neat items that you don't see in other stores!

I absolutely love world market. It is the only place that I can get specialty plates for parties and such at a reasonable price. The staff helped you look for items you may be seeking and offer suggestions. I love the fact that some of the merchandise is constantly changing while core products remain available.. The staff is always helpful and pleasant

This is a nice, well organized World Market with a good selection. About average in size. Staff was helpful and nice.

The best store for a huge variety of foods, drinks, spices, candy and more from around the world. The eclectic selection of home decor and furnishings are plentiful. Definitely a favorite when looking for one of a kind gifts.

Interesting items. Some of it is absolutely fascinating. Unique furniture pieces, clever kitchen items, but I enjoy the foods from other countries. Bought something from everywhere. Great place to buy novel gift items.

World Market is one of my favorite stores. This is a great location and the store is amazing. It is filled with beautiful and interesting products from across the world. Everytime I go here I end up in there for hours and still don't get to look at everything. My favorite parts of the store are the wine section, gourmet section, and kitchenware. Their wine selection has many unique and impressive wines that can't be found in regular grocery stores. I love trying unique wines and foods which World Market is full of.

Always a great place to wander and find stuff. Great selection øƒ spices, wines, and clothes (always get loads of compliments when I wear a piece from here) This is like pier one used to be...affordable, good quality, cool, unique things. Nice place to chillax. Thank you to the wonderful staff who are always lovely and helpful, and who recovered my new ray ban sunglasses from thrash that I had accidentally dropped them into! My husband loves this place to death he is like a child in a candy store. They always have interesting items and for pretty good prices. I recommend trying the weird sodas from the back. They're great

Very nice store selling different stuffs from different countries such as from Japan, Or Italia. I really enjoyed looking at the Japanese sodas or water in paper cans. I myself found the best marshmallow in my life here. I will come back later.
