Even with a mask and headphones, I loved the energy in this store. Clean and organized, helpful and knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond customer service. First time visiting an Aerie store, always just shopped online but there were a lot of sales going on in May.

Almost every Aerie I've been to has had friendly employees but one associate here was beyond amazing in helping me get "long" 7/8 leggings as they are not yet available in that length in store. Also she encouraged a purchase that I had no idea what size to get (most of my clothes are aerie but this was out the box for me) and it was perfect. I wish I remembered her name but she has dark hair and I think glasses. Thank you so much!! I was worried this outfit would look horrible but her encouragement helped a TON

I'm a little biased, I work here and I think my staff is great and go out of their way to help. Aerie is an amazing company with which I am so proud to grow with. I love how comfy the products are and whether you’re picking up new product or clearance— I love the quality too. This is the perfect place to shop if you like to be comfy in your clothes. My sister mom, nieces, friends and I all shop here. We want your experience to be great and if you ever have a concern or compliment, please bring it to a manager's attention because it is important to us. You are important to us.

One of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time. The staff here are incredible! Super friendly/genuine/kind, took time to inform my friend and I on various ordering options, set us up in fitting rooms next to each other, etc. I was also very excited to find some of the options still available that are sold out online. The store was very well organized, clean and esthetically pleasing. Definitely coming back soon!

The staff here are amazing! I walked in and every one of the staff members welcomed me and helped me find what I was looking for! Not only do they spread body positivity, but they also spread joy and happiness! I absolutely love this Aerie! Not to mention their clothing is the best!!! Seriously, go check them out! You won't regret it. :)

Veronica at the Arundel Mills Mall hooked me up with the best bras ever. If you are female, you know the struggle, which has been exacerbated by the pandemic. I've been trying to find the right fit for years. Veronica gave me the best fitting, explained everything, and juggled both my daughters at the same time. We all got the same amazing customer service. We all had different needs, and we all left with the most comfortable, best fitting bra we've ever had.

The staff at this location is always so friendly and helpful! Not to mention the store is clean and organized, the fitting room is cleaned regularly and the clothes are easily accessible. Chelsea Seprum is especially an amazing employee and asset at this location, and brightens my experience every time I visit this store! 😊
