AT&T Store

Ani was wonderful! We needed to change a business account to a personal acct and she was professional and showed patience. She needed to contact corporate for further authorization and she was on hold for a very long time. We noticed while we were waiting that the many employees were helpful and supportive to the customers they were assisting as well. This was a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience and service during this time of year. Assiah ( spelling?) was the too nice with his customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and patient, he deserves recognition. I have been a customer for a long time and have never had service like I did yesterday 12/14/23. Thank you !

I had a great experience here with SANDY 😊 She was SUPER nice, helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me. She made sure I got the best deal that saved me the most money and even let me pick my new number 😁 this is a great store and I will be back and when I am, I hope Sandy will be here to help me 😊

Went to the north Myrtle beach AT&T. I was greeted by George as soon as I walked! Every question I had he answered very quickly which is amazing to me.I had such a great experience here because of George! He was a gentleman as well and walked me and my mother out the door! Best customer service!!

While on vacation, my husband lost his phone to the ocean. We found a nearby AT & T store. Without a physical, working phone and for the fact he had forgotten his password, it didn't look promising any information saved on the phone could be transferred to a new one. It was George that helped us, and with his perseverance, patience, and knowledge, all of the information was saved and transferred to a new phone. George went on to help us with more phones for the family, while we were there. Seriously, being at the beach I figured we weren't going to get good service. The beach is a very transient place full of travelers. Most places are crowded and the main goal is to get you in and out. But, I have to say it was the best service we have ever had at a phone store. George also stayed to help us after he was to be off the clock by nearly 2 hours.

had problem w phone and stopped in. best part was at front door greeted professionally and informed them couldn’t receive emails. Vincent, the sales person, was very helpful and not pushy at all! Will be back to get new phone in December

We went to the AT&T store in North Myrtle Beach. We both upgraded our phones and network services. Ani was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with our new phones and are grateful that there are AT&T reps as pleasant and knowledgeable as Ani!

I must say I am impressed. I am out of state traveling because of a family medical emergency. My service was interrupted do to a sim card issue. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Ani was polite and friendly and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Extremely customer friendly place. What I was most impressed with was the manager Mark. Although I did not have much interaction with him I can see why the agents here are focused on customer service. Watching him interact with customers and the support he gives is agent was impressive to say the least. If I did not live in Massachusetts this would be my store choice.

Devonte was awesome, he completed our transfer on our cell phone to new one. It was a very tedious process and he saw to it that it was 100 % complete. Great Job! To include Clayton, who did an outstanding job on explaining our billing cycles and newest gadgets available. Kudos gents!!

In from out of town and the gentleman Asa I think was his name was very helpful in helping us find and get a new phone for my husband when his stopped working while we are on vacation. Very friendly staff everyone clean store and knowledgeable and helpful.

AJ was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything . Service is important. We are glad we switched service to AT&T.

Employees were very helpful with all aspects of my visit. They were very knowledgeable about all of the products and were very interested in my needs. They did everything they could to get the best deals and products for me. Anna and Clayton were top notch and I will definitely be back to this store with any help or purchases in the future.

My Customer Service Representative greeted me and family immediately after we entered the store. Introduced himself as AJ and asked what our needs were. My mother and niece were switching to AT&T from T-mobile, I was there to inquire about my bill. He assisted my mother first, I was the primary point of contact for that set-up. Then upon completion, AJ had not forgotten about my question. So he pulled up my account and we were able to make a few changes.
AJ was one of the absolute best Customer Service Reps that I have had the pleasure of working with.

Our AT&T rep AJ was kind, friendly & extremely helpful. We were here on Vacation & lost a phone. He did everything in his power to help us in the most timely manner.

Got 5 stars. They really took care of me . The manger there is knowledgeable friendly and the staff gets things done . Manger continuously walks around check on everything and if there's a problem he fixes and when I say he fixes believe he fixes he's the man. Glad I switched
