Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

We got here a little after they opened. There were two employees working and one was already helping another customer. There was no wait time.

We needed five gallons of a paint previously ordered by another contractor. They were able to source the same color and make it for us within 15 minutes. We paid and after the paint was done mixing it was loaded onto a dolly and an employee wheeled it out to our car for us.

The store was clean and the employees were really helpful. I only wish the coffee machine was working because I’m not a morning person and I could have definitely used it!

The sales associate Kevin was extremely informative and knowledgeable. We came in expecting to get half a gallon. Kevin informed us that they only sold quarts and gallons. With the estimated measurements, he recommended us to get a gallon to ensure we have enough paint and prevent multiple stops to Sherwin Williams. Surely enough, we used exactly one gallon with 2-3 coats of paint! 10/10 would come back for our future home renovations!

Wonderful customer service. Kevin not only gave me great advice on paint selection, he was also able to find the color code for an off-brand discontinued paint. All told, I may have spent 5 minutes in the store and got exactly what I wanted and at a great price.

My first experience at Sherwin-Williams and the sales associate was awesome! He was professional and kind. He didn't make me feel like a fish out of water. He even carried my purchases to my car. This young man is definitely an assets to Sherwin-Williams I will definitely be returning to this store for future paint purchases!

What an amazing experience! I walked into the store and there were only two associates assisting other customers but they still said hello. I could overhear them explaining the product and its benefits. Super confident in product knowledge and sales. I was helped by Angela at the Shadow Creek location. I researched my paints and I already knew what I needed. Angela prepped my painting gear. She even called another SW location to check on availability of a color they were out of. Taking an extra step for the customer. Wow!
I read past reviews on google about folks complaining about waiting in line before I visited. I appreciate that they are trying to take care of me by having everything right the first time so I don't have to come back a second time due to errors. Thanks again!

The store is not super busy so the service is pretty quick and lead time on orders is minimal. Corbin and John do a good job helping me source proper product and colors and the outside sales rep Ryalon, does it good job helping me out on the commercial side.

Always helpful and they know their stuff. I sometimes bring in something for them to match and they get very close or exactly right. I have also been just a bit off before as well and brought it back and they made the adjustment for no extra charge.

They know their product and are willing to help.

Kevin at the Shadow creek location was awesome! His customer service skills are impeccable. I went in to buy touch up paint and he was so helpful and kind.

Excellent customer service didn't take too long to remake my paint

Had paint matched at Home Depot. It didn't match. Went to Sherwin Williams & the match they did was identical. Service is slow but there was only one person working.

I needed some touch up paint for a new house I bought. The kind the builder used was discontinued, but an employee here helped me figure out the exact color and paint to use. Saved me from having to paint entire rooms over. He was a life saver! Great service.

I will never buy paint in a different location. Mauri and Ethan provided customer service that far exceeded expectations. I needed to match 4 year old paint and the match that HD gave me was terrible. I even said it didn't look very close and the tech said it was the best she could do. I tried it and my wife got a little unhappy with me. Luckily the team at Sherwin Williams saved the day. They made an exact match. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else.

Very pleased with the service here. The young man that helped us replaced the incorrect gallons that were mixed before. At no additional cost. Will certainly be back.
