EXCELLENT Customer Service for Dummies Like Me!!

I ordered some chairs and a foldaway canopy cover. I mistakenly thought everything would come in a box for me to assemble, so I drove up in my little Hyundai (don't judge; it's paid off, lol) for curbside.
The guy wheeled my things out, and we quickly saw that it was not going work. It was okay, though. They allowed me to switch to my husband's truck and held on to my order for me, no problem.
When they came out again, the guy helped to make sure everything fit properly for me and helped me load everything. 2nd time there, I was parked and left in under 10 minutes.

I really appreciate how relaxed and willing to work with me everyone was, so much so that despite not being an outdoor girlie myself, my son & hubs are, so I got the app and everything now. Probably going to buy my son's next swingset here. I'll be back!!

Arthur was amazing. He helped me realize the savage .22 I ordered was a poor decision and to opt for the Ruger. So happy with our purchase. Really made my kids Christmas.

Hubby and I shop there on a regular basis, mostly my hubby. Always helpful, excellent products and absolutely no complaints. If all stores would follow them in educating salespersons, telephone manners, being present when one needs help and knowing their products location, they would definitely gain customers.

Richard, a supervisor, served us as if we were the only ones in the store and as if we were his top priority. As a result, I was able to choose my shoes within five minutes. It is arguably the best pair of athletic shoes I have ever owned. I am thankful for his knowledge and his clear communication. But most of all, I am thankful for his neighborly treatment of me. I commend the store to you. I also commend to you the checkout clerk Muhammad.

There is so much to see here at Academy Sports and Outdoors. Although I didn't find what I needed, I definitely will be back for my future shopping.
Update: Found a pair of much needed tennis shoes and for a good price as well.

Folks are so friendly and helpful. From climbing up ladders, taking photos in front of Orbit to loading up chairs into my car. Great job!

The guy in shoes spend a good 10 mins helping me find the right pair of cleats for my sons. He was extremely friendly he even offered to look at other stores for the ones they didn't have. Unfortunately I forgot his name. The store was clean and check out was fast. First time coming to this location and will definitely return

The group here is awesome, we had a gentleman help us get a fire pit and a manager on 12/2 during lunch time that were amazingly kind and got us a great deal.

Although the other workers didn't help me as much with my selections, the very helpful employee Rayyan assisted me with the bullets I needed for hunting. Give this man a pay raise, his service is outstanding!!!

I love going into any academy stores that got everything you need for sports basketball soccer football that got jackets hoodies anything you need in there is in the academy store I just love it I love going inside and just looking sometimes it's amazing store I would recommend it to anybody that needs anything inside the store
