The last time I was in there, I could not describe well what I wanted, but the employee took me to something similar where I found exactly what I wanted! I felt that was excellent customer service! FYI, I was specifically looking for a tacky something that would hold a stained glass window in case it got bumped and might slide off the ledge it was resting on. As you can see from the picture, that is not how the product was intended to be used, but it has given me peace of mind while the window is in a different location during the holidays.

I absolutely adore Monique and will go every time hoping to have her as my cashier. Her customer service skills are impeccable. she always helps me find Good coupons and is friendly and funny!

They have a great selection of items and always have sales on a lot of their products.

I was very pleased and surprised by the lovely lady that helped me at the cash register. She was super friendly and nice which is not the norm, these days for customer service. Clean and organized store as well.

The store was easy to shop and employees were helpful. My wife really likes the store when shopping for the kid's school projects, and for holiday ornaments.

This is a great craft store. They have a little bit of everything! If you need something for a project that you are working on, they will more than likely have what you need. These are pictures from one of the adult coloring book that I picked up.

Everything we need for our family business are always there that's why we buy here a lot. Also projects and gifts are very cute to buy here. I love the small things so much to make like cooking utensils for playing house.

Soap and candle making are practical and useful, even though I went there for wood carving and wood burning/etching tools.
I found all kinds of things to satisfy your creative yearnings and maybe a side hustle or two if it don't make dollars it don't make sense.

Sales are awsome. Not even Christmas yet and everything is 60% off. I was worried about the ling line but it moved really fast. Employees were very friendly. While walking around the store employees greeted me with a hello and big smile. Cashiers were also friendly.

picture frames were 50% off and then I had another item that was regular price. I couldn't get my coupon to load on my phone and the cashier was very nice and scanned one she had for me anyway. Always get good service and deal here! I'll keep coming back!

Good selection of home goods

Michael's is one of my all time favorite craft store. That being said, living in Kern County with no transportation has. To go to any store it's the bus. Really don't mind that walking is great workout. Thank You

This store carries different items than the Michael's store in Palmdale. This store is clean with a lot of helpful and kind employees. Both of the Price Check machines were working which made shopping in the holiday clearance sections a lot easier. Great deals, especially with the weekly coupons.
