AT&T Store

Nicole was great! I had an issue and she had problems solved and had me on my way in no time!! She was awesome and super pleasant to work with!!
Wish all customer service reps had her attitude and willingness to help!!

I couldn’t have received a better experience anywhere else. Cindy and Z showed amazing customer service, answered all of my questions throughly and took the time even after closing to stay and help me getting my new business account. I went to another AT&T store and had a horrible experience. I drove to the Bloomingdale location almost 45 mins away and am thankful I did. If I could give them the nomination for employees of the month I would. If you’re looking to go to a AT&T store be sure to visit them.

I've been going to this location since I opened my account about a year ago. Each time I went I got Daniel, he is the most kind and helpful representative I've ever dealt with. Each time I've been he's always helped me with anything I've needed and done so with a smile (which is not so common). I won't be going anywhere but here for my phone needs. He deserves recognition for his efforts, you don't see much of this kind of dedication to a job anymore.

daniel was an amazing help, he assisted me in helping set up both my new iphone and my at&t account. he provided excellent customer service and was very cheerful the whole time he was helping me! i would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to get a new phone with at&t at this location.

I love this location. Every time I go I’m always treated so well by the employees! They don’t always have what I want in stock, but they are able to order it for me and get it delivered to me or the store for pick up.

Let's be honest... Nobody wants to spend their Saturday evening at any cell phone store... That said, Cindy, Caleb & Kyle were a delight, and incredibly professional. They all took their time to answer our questions, and set up our new phones. The customer service they provided was top notch. All 3 were engaged the entire time in talking with us, keeping us in the loop of each step through the porting process of FIVE phones. I never imagined to have such a pleasant time at a cell phone store or to feel like I gained family in the process! Thank you for being friendly and kind humans!

Aug 20 2023 Caleb and Cindy were so friendly and helpful. I appreciated the extra attention too. Caleb put into helping me find the best discounts including nursing and aarp. They worked well as a team. Very satisfied with this store!

Store visit was at 7:55 PM EST, 06/09/23. There was only one young man working that evening and he was kind enough to stay after closing for about 30 minutes to help me activate my phone line and port out my line from T-Mobile to ATT. He provided excellent and friendly service. The transition between carriers has been an incredibly confusing and unnecessarily difficult process, but this young man helped it end on a good note. He had every reason to head out on a Friday night, especially when he had to troubleshoot a lot of account info, he could have just recommended that I go to another store later but he stuck it out. That's a rare quality to come across in employees so please make sure to compensate him to reflect his value to this store's team! 🔥🔥

Justin was amazing and so patient! Extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. I got to talk to all the employees in the store at some point during my visit and they were all amazing! Frankie was the greatest. He made me feel welcomed at first step in the building. Conversation was great as we waited and he’s definitely a comic. He made me feel like I’ve know him for a long time. It’s been awhile since I’ve had service like that. Alex did a great job as well. They are a great duo!!!!!

I recently bought a new phone and as soon as I walked into the store was greeted by Alex and told he would be with me in 5-10 minutes. AND he was! Alex answered my many questions with patience and respect. After going through my options and making my decision, Will took over and transferred everything to my new phone. Will was GREAT!!
I highly recommend this store!! All the staff , Alex, Frankie, and Will, very professional and knowledgeable.

Frankie was an excellent help and provided outstanding customer service. He made me feel very welcome to come back if I need help with anything else. If you ever come to this location make sure you ask for Frankie. Shannon was also very kind and helpful. Overall an amazing experience.

Will L was amazing. Not only did he solve an issue that I was having trouble getting resolved with customer support but he was so nice and patient and led me in the right direction of new products and services. Highly recommend visiting Will at this location for any AT&T needs rather than getting the run around with customer support!

I was a little upset Diego was no longer at this location but no worries Tye was great! He helped me with everything from my wireless account to setting up my DIRECTV Stream account! He was extremely honest with me and provided me with all available deals/programs. The customer service was awesome! I wish I recalled the name of the manager that was with him because he as well was great and extremely helpful! No matter how many walked in needed help Tye was on it! I recommend this location!

Frankie, the sales man, was above and beyond. He helped me much to make several changes to my plan at AT&T. He spent more than hour and half to finish transfer of my lines, add one more and set up apple watch. He is very knowledgable and experienced. And i did not feel he was trying to push to buy more. Really honest and helpful guy!

Frank did an awesome job helping us upgrade a phone and add a line. All while being the only employee working that evening. He also had a great attitude and was very friendly and personable. He deserves a raise!
