Oh how I love this place. I've been coming here for years and I can honestly say I love every person who works there. They're all so awesome and friendly. I come in for one thing and then end up talking to everyone for an hour. The best headshop in the suburbs and everything is super reasonably priced! Can't go wrong. Plus they have EVERYTHING for posters and incense all the way to Pipes and vape supplies. One stop show for all your needs.

Looked all over the area for urban ice brand and they were the ONLY ones who had it. I must have been to 10 places. The man at the counter was super nice. Gave me a restaurant recommendation as well!

First off I should say that I am an older adult. Some shops like these, especially vape shops, can feel unwelcoming to older adults. Believe me....I have been to quite a few that feel like everyone just will ignore you. Not this place. The young gentlemen that normally wait on me are extremely patient and friendly, their customer service makes me come back even if there is a difference in price of one of their products. I trust my purchases are backed by their desire to sell quality products. I have never had an issue returning a malfunctioning product. Definitely the place to go for knowledgeable and superior customer service!

Such faaaaaabulous customer service. I mean, alll those kids are suuuuuuuper knowledgeable about every single item in the store. I've never met a more knowledgeable group of young individuals. Truly wise beyond their years. There are a couple older gentlemen who OBVIOUSLY have more experience in the arena. But on a scale of 1 - 10.... totally give those kids a 15! Keep up the good work guys!

Honestly the best glass shop in the chicago land area .one review complained about customer service and that is ridiculous! The owner and employees go above and beyond to help out customers. And the two star review is ridiculous as well dont blame a glass shop for not passing your drug test. I bought a torch 3 weeks ago and it had some issues, they are willing to wait for me to come in and are willing to give me full credit on it even after holding it for 3 weeks. Anybody that puts less than 5 stars is crazy i will never go anywhere else they make me feel like family!

They have lots of items to select from. I bought a Vaped Pen Kit works great. Because of the area or quality you might pay a few bucks extra, they also have some cool threads inside.

Owners really care about taking care of customers the right way! Bought an item, it was defective, they exchanged it for a new one. Second one worse than first. They let me apply credit towards upgrade and I ended up much better off. Paid more than I wanted to but was a fair price for what I ended up with. Lot of shops woulda have made it my problem. Way to honor the family name and make it right with the customer. I have referred many people and will return as needed.

This is the best smoke, vape, and kratom shop in Chicago area. Jon is a homie and hooks it up every time. Amazing customer service and knowledgeable on every product in the store. I won't shop anywhere else. Nick is also an awesome dude too! Don't go anywhere else for kratom they have the best stuff and best prices.

I like this shop they've got a good assortment of things and stuff, typically the employees are cool however I did have a less than favorable experience there about 3 weeks ago I'm not going to hold it against the over all review of the store because I believe it was outside of the normal experience the shop provides its customers.
