Drew made my experience! I stopped into Road Runner, while in the middle of a long run and looking for some gel or energy chews for refueling.
When I came in I was greeted by two employees, one of which was Drew, and she made an effort to help me select the right item to replenish. I appreciate so much her focus on customer service, and I will be back!

Shoes are always good. The store associates are generally very nice and helpful. They seem to be busy these days but probably because they are short staffed like everybody else. This road runner store is conveniently located in the Whole Foods and kohl’s and seed restaurant plaza

Brooke did an amazing job helping my daughter find the perfect shoes for her feet. She took her time and was extremely knowledgeable. I ended up buying 2 pairs because of her.

Malik was very informative. This was my first time going into a Road Runner store and getting fitted for running shoes. Malik was my shoe expert, and he was very informative and knowledgeable. The process was very smooth and a success. I will be back to visit the store and would prefer him to be my shoe expert.

I’ve bought 4 pairs of sneakers here and have always been so happy with my purchases. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable about each brand and pros/cons of each based on what I was looking for.

My husband and I had a great experience at this Road Runner Sports and both left with a new pair of shoes! Cami helped us out and was very knowledgeable and great! Will be returning next time we need shoes.

On 11/01/22 my mom and I had a great experience at the Marietta store. Mike took very good care of us. He did all of the feet/shoe analysis for the both of us and took his time to answer all of our questions. He was very patient and informative. We left the store feeling very welcomed and confident that we chose the best shoes for our needs. Mike was exceptional! Thank you!

I visited the store this AM. I walked in and was greeted by Kaitlen who asked what was I looking for. I told her a healing shoe because I had plantar fasciitis and bone spurs on the top of my feet while explaining what kind of shoes the doctor recommended. I tried this shoe on with the clean socks that I purchased, also because they were so comfortable. Needless to say, I purchased 2 pairs and walked out the store wearing one pair. I felt instant relief. Thank you Kaitlen and Road Runners...

Mike really knows how to accommodate to my running style and keeps up-to-date on new running shoe models. That’s why he was able to pick out an awesome pair for me! He was polite and professional. He also fixed my VIP membership issues effortlessly.

Great selection. Knowledgeable staff. They listened to me explain all the problems I have with my feet, and there are many, and worked to find the proper shoe. A little pricey, but proper footwear is not cheap. And if it feels good on your feet and keeps you mobile, you haven't spent too much.

This location is probably my favorite. Gretsky was the perfect sales consultant for me and listened to my concerns while providing his expert knowledge and was able to find the perfect pair of sneakers for me. I appreciate the troubleshooting with Apple Pay that the manager Kaitlen was able to do in an efficient amount of time. I will be returning for more goodies in the future! I had an eye opening experience and was able to leave in the sneakers I purchased. My feet are so happy!

Charlie was probably the best customer service rep I’ve ever came in contact with. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. He explained things very nicely covering all small details. He was excellent. We need more people like him in this world! 👌💯🙌
