I absolutely love this place! They have beautiful high end furniture at the best prices. I got two Rowe sofas and an Italian leather recliner and they look amazing in my home. Ben the owner is wonderful. He is so personable and you can tell he really cares about the customer and their needs. His assistants and movers were so nice and friendly as well. I couldn't be more satisfied. If I need anything else, I will definitely shop there again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality furniture that will last.

I was referred to Adorn Furniture by an interior designer helping me update my living room. We went today and met Benjamin who greeted us as we entered. He was very engaging and asked what we were looking for and showed us everything he had that we could consider. His furniture is beautiful and quality is exceptional. We were looking for accent chairs and he didn’t disappoint. Everything was so comfortable. We drove over an hour and we were not disappointed. We purchased two beautiful chairs. This is one place you need to check out when looking for beautiful and quality furniture made in North Carolina.

Exceptional experience all the way around. Estelle was so amazing to work with, she showed me all my options and never made me feel pressured or rushed. The owner Ben was so down to earth and helpful, he really cares about what’s best for the customer which is a rare find. And the couches are perfection, I’m obsessed!!!!! Our experience with Adorn has been outstanding! We happen to come across Adorn because we were staying in an Airbnb while house hunting in the area and wanted to visit downtown. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Estelle and the atmosphere was welcoming and laid back. No pressure of being followed around while looking for furniture that we might be interested in. Estelle was very helpful by giving us different ideas and answering any questions we had. I wasn’t able to walk upstairs so she went upstairs and took pictures of different pieces. This is a very family friendly establishment as Ben the owner was next door with his daughter at her dance lesson. He came in and was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with looking through a wide variety of leather colors. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a choice to order anything. We did end up ordering a beautiful living room set that was the exact color and style we were looking for. The price was very responsible for such high quality furniture. We aren’t ready to have it delivered yet. I contacted Ben and he had no problem holding our furniture until after our painting is completed. Awesome place and staff. Picked up an amazing Bradington-Young leather chair today for a great price. Staff was knowledgeable and personable. Also, it appears that much of the furniture you see can be customized. We will definitely be back for future furniture needs.

Such a good experience at Adorn! My husband and I finally wanted to graduate from Facebook marketplace and the owner helped us navigate this big purchase with our first sectional! They helped us stick to our price point while finding a quality piece. We are so excited and cannot recommend this place enough.

I absolutely love everything that I got from Adorn. I really enjoyed working with Ben and Sam. I knew I wanted a recliner sofa that didn't look like a traditional recliner and I really liked what I had seen at bassett. For my other room, I had no idea what I wanted - Ben showed me a few sofas and then Sam helped me design everything including fabric, sizes and a coordinating ottoman coffee table. The couches all came in within 3-4 months. Ben said you need something to sit on so he even loaned me a coach and chair until my furniture came in!

I am extremely impressed by Adorn. They have a wide selection of excellent quality furniture. The staff go above and beyond. Every visit made me feel like I was their number one priority. They helped me find exactly what i was looking for at an affordable price. The couch and pillows I purchased are the centerpieces of my living room. We have made 3 purchases from Adorn Furniture since they opened in late 2021. (We were actually their first customer!) Furniture is high quality and priced fairly. Ben will give you the best deal possible! Ben and Samantha are extremely knowledgable and great to work with. They will deliver and set up in your home. This has to be one of the best stores to shop for furniture and decorating needs in the Raleigh area. We recommend them highly!

Purchasing furniture seemed overwhelming, and I just randomly went to Adorn “to look”. Sam greeted me, but let me browse until I had questions. Immediately, it was clear that both she and Ben were very knowledgeable about their products. A dining room table that was purchased elsewhere, had a crack in the leg. Benjamin was awesome at helping me find a leg replacement. He worked with the manufacturer and in about a week, had the leg delivered to the store! He was super helpful, positive and professional.
