The best Starbucks you'll hate going to. The location is painful, there's really no seating, and avoiding an accident in the parking lot is a challenge. Coffees here are consistently made exactly to order, and well-crafted. Staff is friendly!

I have been a loyal customer for many years and thought I had found the best there was while living in Virginia until I moved to Fuquay Varina two years ago. This is clearly the most outstanding Starbucks anywhere in the world. I have never met a more caring and professional staff and leadership team. I start my day off on a positive note every morning at Starbucks and it takes me through the rest of the day. I share this with all my neighbors only to find that they also enjoy the experience.

There is one worker here that stands out among the others. Her name tag says Kay. She does some amazing work. She made probably 30 drinks in the 10 min I was waiting along with talking to customers, restocking things, and helping out her coworkers. She has an amazing work ethic and honesty she just seems like a good person all together. I really hope she is being treated well here because she is kicking butt and working hard

As long as you hit this location before the "rush", it is exceptional. Food and drinks are always great!

I went in to get some used coffee grind, my compose. The gentleman was nice, polite, and even carried the bag to my care.

I have always loved this Starbucks location and what happened to me last night proved that they deserve all the stars. I had coffee there with friends and left my purse. The next morning I called and asked about my purse and was told it was in a safe. Later I picked it up with all my belongings in it.

I got a white chocolate mocha which is always amazing!! I am highly allergic to milk and i forgot to replace it (i’ve only had the allergy a few months & don’t go to starbucks often). I came back like 10min and later and they happily remade the drink for free. Amazing!! esp in this economy! i really appreciate it

Always delicious wether it's door dash or pick up very friendly staff with cute notes on the bag made me smile

Very inclusive environment, I got served my triple pumpkin cinnamon latte only in 5 minutes. In this place your liberal self feels comfortable that people around you are like family. The barista did though feel kind of conservative….. she refused to wear a pride pin but that will be managed very fastly I hope. Overall this experience was very similar to my home in Seattle! 5/5

I order from here a lot, usually online. The staff is very pleasant, even when busy. I had ordered an iced coffee instead of hot online and they changed it for me with no issues. I love that Starbucks welcomes all people, their pride decorations in June were beautiful. This is one place that everyone can feel welcome.

Always gets the order right in a timely manner! Staff is always friendly and ready to help! One of the best Starbucks I been too!

3/24/24 Made a mobile order with 2 personal cups and a 3rd drink without the personal cup. Order and pickup went as smooth as silk. ... just like when I sipped the drinks.
2/24 Great barista and drink.
Returned and found the same: GREAT batista and good mocha.
1/21/24 Packed with customers. It took me 30+ minutes to get my mobile order and get it corrected due to the non-user-friendly bogo offer being unclear on the app. Excellent manager, baristas, and drinks.

Waited in an insane long line today and ended up having to leave without my online order. I called the store to see my options because i had an appointment i couldn’t miss. The gentleman i spoke to was extremely nice even though i had an attitude. He was very nice and explained the situation with staffing and offered to remake our drinks at a later time. We’re very appreciative of the service we got.

Some of the most friendliest people I have seen in a long time. They didn't have what I wanted but wasn't rude when they let me know. Great place for my family to hang as we said hello and goodbye.

I always look forward to having my Caffé misto w/ oatmilk and tomato/mozzarella sandwich or vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso here, at least 3-4x a week. It's become a ritual for me, excellent service. They get long lines at the drive-through, so it's better to order ahead and pick it up from the mobile order counter.

My wife loves getting coffee from this location. Every time she orders or I order from the fuquay location the drinks are correct and served quickly. Thanks guys!

Every time I go in here, the staff is wonderful! They actually engage in conversation. Just today I dropped my drink while leaving and they quickly told me not to worry about it and they got me a new one for free. It was so kind! Definitely has a small-shop feel from the friendly staff.

They work so hard at this place constantly but they always do a great job. I’m here at least twice a week for my early afternoon caffeine kick by either drive-thru or walk-in via mobile order. Mobile ordering is a life saver!
