Einstein Bros. Bagels

I work at a clinic down the street and come here all the time. It is my go to for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Quality is consistent and the coffee is usually always filled. Good parking and window views here. Manager is here daily and seems to be on top of it. Nice clean interior.

This place has improved significantly from a few years ago when it seemed “chaotic”. Maybe a new manager? More staff to keep up with orders, 4 different coffees always available and my Order-Ahead is always ready when I get there 10 minutes later. I had stopped going but now I’m a regular customer again, especially with the app deals.

I visit my dad ever year from the Big island and just found this place. Love the food and coffee. The staff is so friendly I went back 3 times doing my stay!

Delicious bagels- everything is always very good and authentic bagels. Great smoked salmon/ lox and bagel sand and plate. Always get delivery. It’s a little expensive, but always fresh, tasty and the hot food is hot and the cOld food is cold!!! Amazing for delivery. Highly recommend! As a treat- a little pricey for a steady diet. Best bagels in town!

They are so nice and friendly at this store, unlike the location at Flamingo & Ft Apache.

If you like a little spicy in your breakfast sandwich, get the chorizo sunrise egg on a bagel. It was probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. I replaced the green chile bagel for a jalapeños cheddar, and it was amazing. A must if you are looking for a good sandwich. Place looked clean and orderly. Fast order. No issues with staff and just an easy, pleasant experience.

This morning we ordered some sandwiches and bagels and they ran out of the jalapeño bacon bagel. So upset that after waiting for our food they couldn't fill our order unless we chose a different cheaper bagel, we returned the loose bagel order. However, the manager was so nice. She apologized and refunded the entire order, gave us a free sandwich the next time we would come in, and gave us the rest of our order for free. She went above and beyond. You could tell that she really wanted us to come back in the future and we will. That manager should get a promotion. I wish all customer service was like that.

Great service every time I visit this Einstein! I really appreciate the young man, who I believe is the manager, for always going above and beyond to provide amazing services to all customers.

I love this location. In the best part of summerlin. Nathan and Honey are the best two employees there. Both r always super friendly and nice to me as a loyal customer. Great bagels. Chocolate chip bagel at 6 am, hot is amazing. Chorizo sunrise is fantastic sandwich. The einstein rewards program is THE best. I get free sandwiches every 3 weeks. The customer survey is great on the receipt, honey has worked there longer and is awesome.

We had a great experience here today. Fast and efficient service even when they were busy and the bagels were very very good. Not a lot of tables inside but there are lots of parking available and easy to find. Highly recommended.

Super impressed by the customer service here. Both of the guys that helped us went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience - made thoughtful menu suggestions, showed genuine friendliness, and checked on us when we finished. Truly exemplary. Well worth your visit.

Susanna was the best in telling me about all the sandwiches on your menu. Being it was my first time at your restaurant. She convinced me to try the italian chicken paninni , it was so good. I'll be back for sure. She`s great.

Vegan options, but Daiya is not the best cream cheese. No non-dairy milk options. Clean and quick service.
