Smith's

I'll start by saying the store is great, good prices, great staff, but currently the parking lot lights are down. Per the various employees I've spoken with no one knows why they're not back up, it being about a week that they have been down, and that it coincided with a power outage in the area. This is dangerous on many levels. Once I see the lights back up I'll update this to a 5* rating and amend the statement.

And here is the amendment. 6/24/2020 as I came up to this Smith's I find most of the parking lot lights are back up and lighting the lot. There is still a small strip on the east portion of the lot that is not lit but it's not as dangerous for walkers and drivers as it use to be.

Nice store, not all employees are helpful unfortunately. Store is clean.

The other morning I had asked if they had any kale and this polite guy went in back and the other produce guy with long dreads has always been the coolest most friendly and happy guy who always helps me out!! He brought out mass kale. I was so happy and said thank you so much!! He said we aim for perfect customer service!!! He goes beyond that! Please make sure he knows he's appreciated!!!🙂🙂😁😁🙂🙂

This is a great supermarket. I absolutely love the fresh produce department here. Prices are generally very reasonable for sale items. The employees are kind and friendly. Atmosphere can be busy so pick your shopping times accordingly. Overall just a nice Smith's store.😎👍✌

My grocery around the corner. Although I have shopped at this location as long as it has been Smith's a recent remodel threw me for a loop. But I have learned the new layout. I am a new customer at the pharmacy. The folks working here are professional and courteous. I rate them 10! You will find all of the employees at Smith's are friendly, courteous and helpful. They escort you to any location you ask about. What more could you ask for? The Cashiers are the best! Fast,friendly and very efficient. That's all except maybe if I could get someone to come home with me to put the groceries away...

I'll juat have to say. This olace gave me a great costumer service. The Cashier Sandra was so sweet and so helpfull, I was her las costumer for the night. And I had an Issue with a gift card and so nicely she took care of my situation. Im not a person thay do much of a Revews but this one is definetely a 5star costumer service, thank you for Sandra and her Mannager a blonde Lady, im for sure coming back!

I hate the parking here. But the actual store is always kept looking clean, stocked. There's always someone around to help, and they're all extremely friendly. It definitely gets crowded here because there is a US Bank in there as well.

I'll leave my 1st review below up for a while because the details represent actual experiences. But they may have turned out to be anomolies. So I am revising my review to reflect the current times:
This market started out great. But for awhile about 2 years ago, as new management took over they seemed to have made some improvements, especially in the area of customer service. But soon after, things got worse, hence the review below. But lately things have gotten pretty much back to normal and their excellent customer service and consistent prices have returned. And I haven't seen any of those causing the problems around for a while. Back to 5 stars. Shop with confidence.

1st review: There is a continuing pattern of degredation of service from the night management at this particular Smith's. For the past several months the check out stations have been closing earlier and earlier. Several weeks ago I counted 30 people crowded behind and waiting for the self service stations. When I asked at 8pm an employee where is the Manager on Duty I was told she was on a break. I said go get her. The manager appeared and when I asked her if she cared that there were 30 people waiting at self service with no check out stands open she said not really. There was a checker at one of the stands tidying up but she said she could not open because the manager didn't tell her so. I asked the manager if this kind of service was in the best interests of the customers. She said probably not. After thinking about this situation for a minute she finally opened a stand and actually helped the situation in a friendly manner.

LAST NIGHT I arrived at this store at 11:56pm, 4 minutes before closing, and not the 1st time they were closing early. A very unfriendly employee by the name of Curtis was standing behind the locked door and stated he was instructed by the night manager not to let anyone in. I am a senior citizen and disabled and live close by. All I needed was to make a simple bank deposit. He proceeded to lie about all the computers being shut down and nothing works while clearly I could still see people checking out. I told him all I needed to do was make a deposit and I would still be out by midnight. He then provided me with False Data by telling me I could drive to Cheyenne and Rainbow where they are open till 1am. This is false. Even the employee standing outside the door next to me told me they also close at 12:00. Curtis continued to insist they are open till 1. Wrong. I don't know what is wrong with this store but the level of training in general and night management in particular is dreadfully insufficient. I do my best to avoid this store in the evenings for these and other reasons. I suggest you do too. These are just 2 examples, I could state more but I know you have better things to do with your time. The night crew at this store has demonstrated they don't really care much for their customers or customer service. These problems don't seem to exist during the day hiwever.
I have been a liyal shopper of Smith's for over 11 years. Fortunately the half dozen other Smiths I shop at don't exhibit this kind of disdain for the customers.

Because I live close by, this is where I do most of my grocery shopping. I have to say I have experienced a noticeable difference (improvement) in the friendliness and helpfulness of both the crew and management. I haven't noticed the old night manager around in the past several months since I wrote my last review. The crew has always been great but the customer service has improved at this market and I can give it a B+.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy to find. This location does not sell makeup, but other items were well stocked and sales were obviously marked. Coupons were available through digital app. I'll shop here again!

Not enough cashiers to handle customers, although store is clean, staff is friendly, store is usually well stocked, produce is fresh, bakery is fresh. Just need to work on cashiers especially the first of the month when your 3/4 the way down an isle waiting in line.

I've been going to this store for about 10 years and I love it. The employees are absolutely kind and really go out of their way to help you.

I have always love doing my grocery shopping at Smith's. Vegetables are always fresh. Crew are so helpful and kind to show me what im looking for. They maintain cleanliness very well too. They will even recommend good stuff for me, one time i was taking time looking at dog foods and treats and their crew saw me and started conversation about her dog and what she feeding them and sharing her experience about treats that may harm dogs. It was great experience to someone like me since i have two dogs iove so much. Thos place is great in every way!

The skill level of the cake decorator (Amy), is top shelf. I wouldn't have anyone else decorate a cake for me. You will not be disappointed having your birthday and holiday cakes made, and decorated by her.

This is my favorite Smith's! I love that it's always clean and never super packed where you want to bolt out of the store. The staff is really nice and their produce always looks fresh and amazing!

Been go here since 1980's and never once I never hated it . I love going here so much every store is different and staff is different at every store . Some people are nice and few are cold as ice . I'm sure anywhere you go in this world every Smith's this different .

Awesome peoples at Smiths. Met a 93 year old women at the managers special s. She had a wonderfully spirited youthful personality that made my day. Make my day..Clint Eastwood.
Ps. As well as awesomely beautiful no 1 ichiban workers that also made my day. Hooyah.....
