Earl Grey Cafe

Stayed at the JW Marriott for 5 nights. As a Platinum Elite, the free breakfast was actually breakfast at the Earl Grey Cafe. There is a special breakfast menu for those that are taking advantage of this offer. I personally loved this option comparatively to many other Marriotts which are typically breakfast buffets with powdered eggs. Being able to sit in a diner and order off a menu was a nice treat.
There were ample options and it was more than filling. I ordered the BLTA with home fries, coffee and sliced bananas on most days. Hubby ordered the typical American breakfast (2 eggs, bacon, sourdough toast, hash browns) with sliced tomatoes and orange juice. I also tried the avocado toast on one of the days.
The service was great and waitress even remembered our orders on day 2 and came straight over with our OJ and coffee before we even ordered. The diner was also decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch.
Highly recommend checking this place out for breakfast if you are at the Rampart Casino or JW Marriott.

I loved this cafe!!! Everything was top tier from the food to the service. We were greeted with a smile and our server was amazing, his name was Andres and I will definitely be asking for him to serve me when I go again, he was very attentive and checked up on us! He recommended the ribeye steak and it was a 10/10!! I can’t wait to go again.

Customer service was excellent. We were seated right away next to the glass wall overlooking the slot machines. Tables were spaced 6 ft apart. Interior neat organized airy and trendy. Our server Molly was very friendly, ensured our requeats were fulfilled, came by several times to see if we were ok. When she was on her break her co-server who was just as friendly came by to check on us. The omelettes were perfectly done as well as the roasted potatoes. My hubby is not a fan of roasted potatoes but he liked them a lot and finished them off. The receptionist cashier was great, cheerful, friendly and helpful. It was a very nice experience over all. We were comfortable and enjoyed it.

Staying at the JW Marriott and have eaten three meals here. Food was really good, generous proportions. Service excellent.

Nice quiet breakfast for me and my family. everyone else was happy with their food. Breakfast burrito was extraordinarily ordinary, but came as advertised.

This place is totally renovated and turned into a nice, modern restaurant located inside JW Marriott and Rampart Casiono. I liked the food even before when the restaurant was called Promenade Cafe, but now the menu is more sophisticated and the food quality is even better, especially for such as low prices. I just had a delicious Halubut Filet for $17 only. Come on? Where can you find such a delicious fish at such a low price. Usually Halibut is offered only in the top fine dining restaurants and priced in the range of $35 to $50 per portion.
The servers are very friendly, fast, and accurate. Great managent presence. They were checking on our table frequently making sure everything is good. I highly recommend Earl Grey Cafe because you get JW Marriott experience and quality at a casual restaurant prices. This is possible only in Las Vegas.

Food was served hot, breakfast was great with good portions. Our waitress was awesome but certainly busy!!

Just visited this place today. One of the best cafe services in the United States. Guy who works there greeted us so well. Even in 10$ they give you so much as quantity. 100/100 for this place. Must visit whenever you are in Las Vegas.

The manager asked how our meal was, and mom said her Philly cheese steak was dry. He thanked us for the feedback and would let the kitchen know so they can make adjustments.

The Covid protocols here are great with the distanced tables and glass partitions. We loved our server, wish I had her name. She was fabulous. I had the turkey dinner and others in my party had the fish and chips. Huge portions and the food was very good. Can’t wait to try their breakfast. Will definitely be back.

Really nice cafe. The omelet vor with the seasond potatoes is really tasty.
The lox plater is also very good. Great presentation. The manager, Ann always comes by to say hello and see if everything is O.K. The service is great. Waiters and waitress are very pleasant.

Really good people really good food love how nice and quiet it was in there now crying kids very nice to have a nice quiet dinner for once and friend told me to check at out so I did really nice. Butt when I ask about a senior discount what the age was the ladie said wed don't have one and your not old you are young and did not check my ID. Not good customer service skills.

My wife and I had a great half day of gaming and lunch at Rampart Casino. We hit a small jackpot on the Willy Wonka machine and had a great lunch at Earl Grey. Thank you very much Rampart Casino staff!
