Puff & Pipe | A Smoker's Paradise!

This is honestly the best location I went to by far the people are so nice and helpful but my fav is Sam she is amazing!!!! Very sweet and helpful I like to try new products that they get in and I give her my reviews on them. Can’t tell you enough how Sam is the greatest there lol she is so easy to talk to specially if you’re having a bad day. And the new pen she suggested for me is amazing!!!!!! Only need to take 2 hits off it and I’m done lol

I stopped by the Oaklyn location as I needed a new vaporizer. Iain greeted me warmly, showed me the proper choices and even recommended a good flavor that I like! I got a fruity pebbles oxbar. I highly recommend this location because of the great customer service and kind staff. Thanks Iain and Puff n Pipe!

Me and my husband just moved to New Jersey about a year ago and we have been looking for a new vape shop and we finally found one we love. Been to 15 plus in a year and we found our new home fav shop. We are now going to be regular customers.
We went in last night to buy new vape mods, juice and Britney at puff & pipe was extremely helpful. Britney has amazing customer service and she sure goes the extra mile for her customers. She gave us amazing options and she cared enough to find us good products that will last and not give us issues. Britney treated us amazing.
Thank you Britney for Amazing service and because of you we will be back on a regular. Highly recommend puff & pipe. And they have great options. FYI to Britney’s bosses ( she needs a promotion and raise because Britney had great management skills. )

My experience was amazing the worker Samantha was awesome on helping me find the right papers I needed I also recommend everyone they have great clean place very friendly nothing stale they have everything you can think for smokers

I live across the street from this location and have been going in there weekly for about two years. I’ve had typical retail
experiences there, some good, and sometimes with staff that makes it clear they don’t want to be there, or get off their chair.

A few months ago I started dealing with Samantha just as a timing coincidence. However, she wasn’t just attentive and pleasant for that store, she is what retail experiences should be. When my product was out of stock she would hold it when it came in and called me to let me know. She was also not just knowledgeable about most of the products, but she was HONEST.

She also made some excellent recommendations but what drove me to write a review was that she was a professional, and you don’t find that often these days in a retail environment.

I’ve managed a variety of retail stores in my 35 year career and would say sincerely that this is the personality type with a work ethic that changes a brick and mortar experience, it’s the general suite of traits you want serving your customers and as the consumer it’s the representative you want to work with. I have been very pleasantly surprised that each time, every week, she has some intensely positive energy, snd in retail, that can be tough, but she nails it. I stop in on my way to work and now leave a little extra time so I can talk with her a little more.

So while my review is a bit wordy, and from the other reviews it’s easy to see Samatha is crushing it, but I wanted to add in my observations, since it’s pretty uncommon for me to run into retail experiences that were impressive enough to document and share with others.

Absolutely love this place! Such a wide variety and great selection. Samantha is always a great help in deciding on the options and making sure I understand the difference in the available products. She also always makes sure I leave with a working device!

I've been a customer at this Haddon Township vape shop since it opened. The service has generally been pleasant, but recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Samantha, a remarkable staff member. She's a valuable asset to this company, with her exceptional knowledge and hospitality skills. Samantha not only knows her products inside out but also exudes a magnetic energy. It's always a delight to visit when she's on duty.

Love this place. Always clean and the workers are friendly. Sam always greets me with the biggest smile and is so helpful. She definitely makes me feel at home when I shop there.

I went in the other day because I left my vape at home and I was in the area so I figured I stop in to get a little affordable vape for the meantime. I was greeted right away and felt welcomed. The person the greeted me(Samantha was her name) was very polite and attentive. I described what I needed and she took me right to the cabinet where they had what I needed for right around the price I was trying to spend($25) I was very happy with my experience going in and I will for sure go back and continue to do businesses there

Samantha was great. I felt right at home at the shop. I called early and was welcomed to come right on in and they had what I needed. Products I haven’t seen at other locations. If you haven’t been to this location do yourself a favor and go check it out. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to go back & I won’t be going anywhere else. This place is awesome!

Samantha was so creative in her job on fixing my dilemma. The quickness of thinking on her feet at a moment’s notice. Samantha is a spectacular employee.

Store looks good, always clean, Samantha was super friendly and helpful on my last visit. It’s good to see the store doing well! One of the nicer looking locations.

Samantha is always putting time a side to walk me through the vape process each time I forget to “quit” again lol. She helps assemble my device and to make sure it is working efficiently I leave the store.

Was in store yesterday & got helped by employee, Sam, who was knowledgable and helped point me in the right direction to get what I needed. Was impressed by both her and the state/inventory of the store. Will be returning.

I came into this shop curious, not looking for anything in particular, but with Andy’s help and great recommendations I found several products that I enjoy. I recommend this store not just for its great selection but the welcoming presence of the staff. Andy is very helpful and has great knowledge of all the products they sell. If I could, I’d give them ten stars!! Will definitely return for more Delta 8 soon!!
