Very professional and helpful, didn't have my battery, but advised me where to get what I needed.

My Jeep battery was clearly having problems turning over. I was shopping in the Target plaza and googled “auto repair near me”. When I didn’t find any I googled “batteries” I was thrilled to see I was a half mile away from Battery Exchange. I was a little surprised it didn’t have a typical store front but called the number on the sign. Jim arrived within 10 minutes and replaced my battery for less than AAA would have cost me. I was planning a trip to Charlotte the next day so I was very thankful to have found him! Great customer service! I highly recommend!

Save ur receipt! He works out of a storage unit called Frazier's. Seems pretty cool guy. Have too call for appt he does not start there all the time. Must meet u there. Sells Deka batteries and so far they are working still after a little over a year. I had to take them back and luckily they still worked butt had just ran dead. But I was told that if they were one day over one year he would not warranty them. Keep that in mind. But so far so good.
