I love ace hardware.

Customer service is always top notch. Much better than the big box chains.

Always get the help to always get what I need.

Problem is... They have MORE than I need so I always get more cause they also have what I want and things I didn't know I wanted.

Walked in on a Sunday 2 mins to closing time, my bad on the timing, but the staff was still amazing, I purchased a weber grill they helped load it up. New to the area and I can say that this is customer service.. thanks ace hardware for always being amazing no matter what area or state you’re in.

Absolutely wonderful staff! They are kind souls and helped me out for the hurricane. You wont find this level of kindness and service at the corpo big box stores. I will come here first before anywhere else. Highly recommend

Exceptional customer service, they greet you as soon as you walk through the door and have an employee assist you finding whatever you might need. They also have almost anything you could need for a home or auto project.

In this age of atrocious customer service, this store is a refreshing change. I am a frequent visitor and would like to thank Davon and the rest of the crew for their consistently fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Whether filling propane, finding the right tool or hardware, I always leave with a smile on my face. The big box stores and fast food industry could take a few tips from this establishment.

This is a great ACE store with great people working there. I had an issue with a product I purchased at another ACE and with no receipt, the manager stepped forward and replaced the item with no questions asked. This is the home-town feel you long for. Do not hesitate to shop here. ACE is the place with the helpful hardware man!

Fantastic customer service. I called about getting a small piece of glass cut for an antique grandfather clock and they were very helpful. Cut the glass and had it waiting for me to pick up and it fit perfectly. Very reasonable rates.

BEST BEST BEST HARDWARE AROUND! So happy we live 10 mins away - very helpful staff. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Nothing like Lowes, Home Depot or Walmart where there is NEVER a person willing to help. We are always greeted with a smile and a "Can I help you find anything?" Looking forward to many years of shopping here!

This store gave me the small town Hallmark movie hardware store vibe. Warm and helpful, friendly, smiling faces.

Went to have some keys made, even though they didn't have what I needed, the staff were very friendly and eager to help.

They spent 30 minutes helping me find O-Rings to fix my leaky faucet. Couldn't get anyone to help me at Lowe's. Sorry, I'm not a plumber. I needed help. Thanks, Ace!

Very helpful, always have what I need, and knowledgeable help if I cannot find what I need on my own. A lot faster to get what you need than the big box stores.

Extremely helpful and great prices...actually cheaper than Lowe's and Home Depot for the things I needed because I needed only one of each item instead the stupid 6 or 10 packs!

You always get excellent personalized service and they usually have anything you need I'm so glad they're in my area, I highly recommend this location.
