I went here a few months ago to get a new phone and get an apple watch. Brandi and Annie helped me, and I am so thankful for them. Their service went above and beyond 5 stars. They looked into the fine print of offers for me to get me the best deal for what I wanted. They helped get everything set up and switched over from my old phone. They were also incredibly personable and made the entire interaction easy. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

If you are putting off a purchase because of doing a back-up and just having to deal with the whole set up, reconsider. ANNIE helped me and if I could give her 10 stars, I would. Her parents should be very proud of the daughter they raised and Verizon should be thankful she chose them as her employer!

Great service, i came in a few weeks ago to but the new iphone 15 pro max and an apple watch and it was very busy but madison jumped right on it and i was in and out in less than 30 minutes im very pleased with the quality of her service and how nice she was

I switched my service to Verizon today, I went to the Kilmarnock office and with with Annie Smith. She was an absolute pleasure to work with if i could gave 10 stars I would! Ive hard terrible experiences with Verizon in the past and she completely changed that!

David Thompsen was a huge help getting our new phones sorted out for us. We had tried to get them activated through the website, which competely messed them up. David got everything cleared up, transferred all our data to our new phones, and cleaned up the old ones to be sent back. He was very patient and thorough and we would definitely return to him for service. We would recommend him to anyone who needs help.
