Jordan took care of the issue I had as well as set up our phones in a very short time. He's fast , kind, he pays attention to the customer and does it with a smile 😃 Will be back again for more phone accessories and cases and probably another phone when the time comes .

I have always had a great experience using this store. Went there yesterday and the girl in there helped me tremendously. She was very knowledgeable about the phones and she helped me with purchasing a new phone, setting it up, and making the settings the way I like them. Thank you for being there. This is a great Metro.

Had an account since 2001. Got the run around from several metro stores in Ocala. Finally, after calling the 1-800# came to this location for assistance. Got everything we needed and for less than expected. John the manager was great! Will complete ALL future transactions at this location.
