Battery Source

It’s nice to walk into a business and be greeted with a smile. That happens every time at battery source. Not to mention they have every battery under the sun. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

I've been going to them since they opened. I have bought two sets of golf cart batteries from them, along with several cables and wiring harnesses. They are always friendly and very helpful. Their prices are competitive. You might be able to save a few dollars at Walmart, but you will also receive the typical Walmart customer service and experience along with it. Have fun with that!

Can't say enough about Battery Source Ocala! After getting a jump start, I arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing. The young man stayed to diagnose my car (battery or alternator, or ?) and ended up putting a new battery in my car. The 'old' battery was only 2 1/2 years old and still under the pro-rated warranty. Had the young man not stayed to help me, I would have been stuck. So grateful for this young man's work ethic! He truly put the customer first.

Extremely, helpful waited on right away explained what I needed he had it for me in minutes. I had been looking for this watch battery, it's not your every day battery , for at least a month. I never expected him to have it, jewelers didn't have it. Fantastic surprise any problems with batteries of any type frist place to try is The Battery Source on hwy 200 south side if they can't help, they sure will point you in the right direction. The prices are also very very good. While there I questioned about a battery for my Volkswagen, much better price than I expected. So before you go to another place for any battery check them out.

Bob did an outstanding job installing my battery. Pulled in and he and another gentleman whose name i did not catch immediately go to work on my car. its an escape which is a "difficult" installation. Have to take off the windshield wiper and maneuver underneath to get it installed. Only took 30 minutes which is about half what i thought it would. highly recommend battery source if you need any batter replaced, car or otherwise. thank you!

These owners are top notch. I had a less than favorable encounter with a customer who didn't agree with our political party. The owners reached out to me after investigating the event and apologized for their customers behavior. While they can't change how other people act while at their business, they did change how I feel about them. I deal with a lot of odd batteries and equipment and have found them to be knowledgeable and always willing to be helpful. They also told me that the batteries in my cordless phones were not in fact dead, that it might be the actual phones, because they were testing fine, when it would have been an easy sale for them to just sell me more batteries. So my experience with them has been trustworthy, as well.

January 2020 update: I needed a 55 amp hour rechargeable battery that would work with my solar panel system..Tony Roy the store manager went way beyond great customer service to help me select the right battery ...very knowledgeable and he helped me a few months back with My nissan versa note when Ineeded a new battery...it's an unusual size...they had it and I was on my way in 20 minutes....much higher quality , and guarantee than the dealer...and I saved money...this is my second or third time I've been to this store very satisfied. ...professional and courteous service...thank you battery source!!! These guys do a lot more than you might think

Very knowledgeable and courteous. They had the riding lawnmower battery I needed "in Stock" and the price was extremely reasonable, and it was "Made in USA", which means it is a top quality product. I also needed a laptop computer battery, which they have a large selection of also, but the exact model I needed they didn't have, but they didn't stop there. They went "above and beyond" cross referencing replacements, looking it up on the Internet for other sources besides themselves and their suppliers! They didn't have to do that, but they did anyway! That's what I consider top notch customer service and satisfaction! They have every conceivable battery for almost any and all applications. I my opinion, if you go anywhere else, your wasting your time!

Great people, Candace and Mike. Bought a refurbished EZ-Go Golf Cart, they did a great job in detailing out the Cart and gave me a great deal on the cost. Runs great so far and am very pleased with the service I received.

Great Customer Service. I found the battery that I couldn't find in the Hyundai dealer for my Sonata hybrid. Don't go anywhere else. They have it all at great prices too.

If you need it. They have it or can order it. Needed a lawnmower battery, they had it. We needed a new bank of batteries for our Carolina Skiff trolling motor system and they helped us out. Not an inexpensive endeavor but now it is done correctly. This will be the place we go from now on. Great service and helpful people.
