Both this store and the sister store off route 7 next to the ihop have amazing people working here. Always down for good conversations and always make you feel well informed and welcomed. I refuse to shop anywhere else. If I don't have what I need and I'm not around the area, I'd rather wait and come here or the one off of 7 than shop elsewhere. Trust me they will treat you right.

Imperial Tobacco is one of the nicest, most professional vape shops i’ve been to. They’re always welcoming when I walk through the door. Yesterday, I purchased a water pipe and it broke on the way home, yet they still let me exchange my broke pipe for a new one. Their customer service is definitely a 10/10! Highly recommend for all your smoke needs! 😊

Great establishment, employees help you through out your whole purchase to make sure you buy the best product for you. The shop itself is always clean and organized.
