I Love Walgreen's. It's very convenient for all things. Enjoy their selection. Staff is always pleasant. Pharmacy as well as Health & Beauty are my most used departments. They have great sales, coupons & clearance items. Quality products, quality staff. I love earning points too - another Great bonus! I've used their services for my large family for many many years, same location too. When I have medical or medication related questions the pharmacist is Very knowledgeable and I trust their advice.

I have lived near this Walgreens for 30 years and in the last few years, there has been such a decline in customer service. They NEVER answer the phone, they hang up on you when they finally do and put you on hold, they never have the Rx ready even when they say it will be ready in an hour. They’re extremely unprofessional and not reliable. Most Rxs are not optional, they are medically necessary and Walgreens does not care or have any sense of urgency. If my job is understaffed and can still handle workflow and customers effectively, they can too.
