Annabelle has some of the best customer service I have received in general! Some of he baristas at this location are super genuine and kind. I try not to go to Starbucks so I don’t spend all my money but when I do it’s always a great experience. Anytime I have had an issue with my ordered I am always taken care of with a smile. Thank you all for your kindness & great customer service! Truly a great group of individuals that work at this location. 💎✨

Dear Starbucks, I recently went to your establishment and was greeted immediately by an employee, Maddisyn, when I ordered a plain black coffee they didn't hesitate on asking me if id like cream and sugar which is something I usually have to ask for and beg for to the other employees. The service was fast and generous as I felt welcomed. That employee deserves a raise!! I will be back!

This Starbucks is always clean and tidy with great service inside and through the drive thru. It's a little small inside but there always seems to be somewhere to hangout. All the employees are super friendly.

Only came for a relaxing cup of basic coffee and chat with a freind. Not many customer there, so it was't busy.

The drive thru cashier was so sweet. Friendly, and accurate. She and the workers inside worked fast and well together. I think that was the manager in the background and we were being comedic with the cashier but thanking her for a job well done and he said that's what they aim for. Great service

To clarify the recent bash review the elderly couple that was told "You may try again another day." Was told so because they pulled up and asked to have their sample thrown away. The drive thru employees are never supposed to take in outside trash to keep cross contamination from occurring even before and ESPECIALLY since COVID-19. They informed the older woman that they actually could not take the 2oz cup back and apologized. She then complained rudely threw the cup at the window and smirked. If you litter, are disrespectful, AND also THROW things at employees you will also be asked to try again another day.

This entire store is covered in cameras that run 24/7 and have audio recording. There isn't a situation where anyone would feel so comfortable as to simply bash an older couple for no reason. Complete nonsense.

I order everything through the app, and they are always prompt, friendly, and accurate.

I came in on 07/16/2022 at 11am and I just want to say that the staff working this shift are freaking awesome! I order mobile pickup and when I arrived it was very busy. They got my order out quickly and my coffee tasted amazing! Best white chocolate mocha I’ve ever had from a Starbucks. 10/10 recommend this location!

I use the drive thru and have had a good experience, very consistent, and speedy. Even if there is a long line , they have this down to a fine art. M always gives a kind and personalized experience. We drive past one Starbucks to come to this one.

My drink was great, the line moved quickly and the window barista was really nice. Love my cup!

I usually get Frappuccinos through the drive-thru, and they have a fast line that takes ten minutes or less (around 3:00 p.m. when I go), and the employees are friendly, so no complaints along with the drinks being consistently good.

I don’t usually post reviews, but every time I show up to pick up my UberEats orders I’m always greeted kindly by a manager, Zoe. I can’t help but notice how hard she works and I feel like she deserves some recognition here. Even as a regular customer I find myself coming to this store on the off chance that she’s working the same day. I know what I order will be quick and most importantly it will be right. So, for what it’s worth, you go Zoe! 5 stars

This is an awesome Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and great at getting you through the line. If the drive through is really full make sure to pull around and don't block the drive through exit, make a circle around the store, it'll go faster that way!

This location is amazing! Even though they were incredibly busy, everyone was so sweet. They were working so hard to get everyone’s drinks made. Love this place! 🥰

I came for happy hour and I made the mistake of not ordering an espresso or a frappe. Kyle still honored my offer and explained to me for next time. Thank you so much. I honestly thought it would work as I’ve ordered an iced latte during happy hour before. Sorry for the inconvenience! Thanks again Kyle for your professionalism and understanding.
