Great selection, sales and staff.

A little late to getting around to this review but i shopped at Finishline last week and the experience was amazing. D was the sales manager who helped me and my grandkids. She spoke with the kids one on one and found out their likes. I thought that was a really nice approach. Even after we left the store the kids were still talking about Miss D. Well if you read these Miss D they wanted you to know they had a great first day of school and they promise to keep their shoes clean and fresh.

Was dissapointed recently at the lack of selection, had to go to the outlets. No variety and very small selection, and hardly any clearance. Need a restock for sure, more colors!

I needed some all black kicks. So I went to this particular store. There were customers from one wall to the other. The manager, I think his name is Benjamin, was interacting with what seemed like three different customers. He saw me enter and told Denzel to work with me. Denzel had about three people that he was assisting. Denzel asked me to give him five minutes and to look for a shoe. I found two pair. One pair of running shoes they had in stock and the other, basketball shoes, had to be ordered. Then Denzel asked how often I play ball and run. I said, "Quite frequently." Denzel asked if I had heard about their "Fogger" for shoes. He told me to try in my own shoes to test it. There were about eight people in line, so I tried it. When it was my turn to check out, I smelled my shoe. I was very surprised!!! My shoe had that fresh smell to it. I walked out with two pair of shoes and the "Fogger." Good job Benjamin for hiring Denzel. You have a customer for life.

Another group of very good workers on the job, greet you when you come in the store, I like that in a place 👍👍.

Great experience, everyone was helpful and they knew a lot about shoes. Will look forward to my next visit to get my Sneakers here.
