Caleb was sooo sweet! I had a problem where my oline order got sent to the wrong store and he helped me figure everything out tremendously! I get anxious ordering in person and he made me feel relaxed! Great service will definitely come back again!

The pace of people coming through the doors and the drive through is incredibly fast and the workers are keeping up solely through an organized system between the employees and a positive attitude. The stream of customers did not stop for hours and they kept up through the stress of it all and still gave smiles and thank you’s to every customer. It is a little overwhelmed of a space to work in though I will say but that’s no one’s fault except the limitation of the space. These workers deserve many praises for their hard work and commitment to customer service — oh and my drink was great :-)

Just left Christine is one of the sweetest nicest people that work there. She always has a smile for me and today they have that poor little thing out in the hot sun, but she didn’t complained a bit about it. I couldn’t do it. I really hope they recognize what a important asset she is to their store

I always have a good experience at this Starbucks location. Leah at the drive-thru this morning was great! She was extremely pleasant, energetic, and exuded positive vibes.

I love this location. I usually order ahead and pick up, they almost always have it ready when I get there or just shortly after. The staff is always very friendly. I have come in several times and worked on my laptop while enjoying a drink. The atmosphere is nice for relaxing or working.

I really wanted to give a shout out to the team that was working today. I have lactose intolerance but love the cold foam, so they were sweet enough to make me a substitute which was soo delicious! Thank you guys

They have you in & out in the drive-thru!! So glad they brought the Gingerbread latte back!!!

Bacon Candy for an appetizer is a win! Burger and fries didn't disappoint! BBQ Ranch Bacon is what I recommend. Nothing like a messy burger, I need two napkins!!! Enjoy!

I ordered an iced Carmel macchiato that was a bit tart for my liking because the drinks do not come with the sweeteners mixed. The associates, Mia and another whom I did not catch the name of, immediately offered to help me mix it up in a more effective way then with a thin straw. The customer service her is quite polite and it made me feel genuinely cared for by their egar and welcoming attitudes. Thank you :)

Great location! I have not had any problems and the staff is fenomominal despite dealing with what I have witnessed to be the rudest ignorantly in titled beings. Thank these people who wake up earlier than us and hammer out different levels of complicated orders.

This location is AMAZING! The inside was very clean, and set up with comfortable seating areas- perfect for relaxing. Upon walking in, I immediately had great service. I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher and it is the BEST one I have been made compared to the other locations I’ve ordered from. The flavor is perfect, and I asked for light ice which was definitely given and in the perfect ratio. I received my drink only about 2-3 minutes after ordering. I cannot hype this starbucks location up enough!

I was in shortly before 2pm. There were only 3 young employees there, on of whom was a trainee. He was taking orders and working the register. The customer in front of me had some questions so there was a delay. I asked about gluten free sandwiches, about which the young man was unfamiliar. The man behind me was extremely impatient and very rude. I told him he was welcome to go ahead of me. I asked the young man to take the man behind me first. I had to wait, but it wasn't an emergency! The employees were very nice, courteous and professional. They were working very hard to get everyone's order out. I sat down and watched. There were probably 5 orders ahead of me, but it didn't take very long. Plus the young lady making drinks was also taking drive through orders. I am extremely impressed with this location. The 3 young people are exceptional! I will return!!

Now, I have to first say that ALL of the Starbucks I've visited on the Southside are always so amazing. The staff is what makes the place, so never forget that. I've been numerous times but yesterday I asked them to recommend something and she instantly knew what to give me. I love coffee and I love my local Starbucks. Keep up the amazing work. The positive attitudes and the cheerful demeanors are the aboslute best!

This location is always busy, at least the drive thru is. I stopped to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich on Friday, March 24. A young gentleman by the name of Nathan helped me. He was extremely upbeat, friendly, and courteous. I actually left smiling. Thank you for the amazing experience!!

I came to this Starbucks not knowing what I’d want to drink. Lisa was so incredibly kind and stood with me narrowing down they type of drink I’d like! She was so gracious too when I didn’t like the first drink we made and happily made me another. I’ll definitely come back here for the calm environment and friendly staff.
