Clean! Not much sale on clearance section.

Andre was the best! I accidentally had my items shipped to this store which is two hours away from where I live. I called my own local store to see if they would be of any help (they were not!) I called back to the Sterling location and Andre made sure that I received my items in the mail!! I received them two days later! He was such a life saver! The best and very understanding! Thank you Andre!

Store is well maintained, staff are friendly.
Was in when there was an irate customer cussing at the cashier and the manger approached and she contributed to be rude to the manager and cussing at him. These two employees handled it amazingly well and without incident, they refused to feed into to this customers negativity as a result of the customers laziness and refusal to resolve an issue with they credit card.

Love shipping the clearance section at Old Navy! Have gotten many great deals there.

Old Navy is my go to for inexpensive casual clothes, especially summer dresses and T shirts. Their clothing lasts longer, thru many washes, than my much more costly Loft and Ann Taylor.

I like this store it's got a great selection of things with a really great price so you could probably get everything you need here if you're not too picky but you know it can be a little plain but a little regular but I'll tell you you can also put together some really wonderful things if you can figure out how to match it up right come here and get clothes for your whole family
