My family and I have been going to this store for years, because their wares and staff are excellent. In my last two trips, I was helped by Chad, who assisted in replacing the low beam bulbs in my car. Not only did he correctly identify the bulbs needed, but also put them in quickly and carefully as possible. Chad acted like the kind of employee that actually cares for the customer, and for that we'll continue to go here. Great job guys!

Paul and Chad were two solid autozone team members. Went in today to ask a couple of questions and not only were they both super helpful, but they even helped install a couple items without me asking.

Ok, I thought I could handle the install myself, but Paul in his proactive manner watched me struggle and as soon as I turned back to see if he could help he was already headed my way to save the day.

Staff there is amazing... Helped me choose new windshield wipers. Also, installed them on my car. She also showed me how to do it so now I know!!
The store is clean and well organized, which is always a huge plus.

I had a great experience here. My battery was bad and I needed a replacement, but after being turned away from four other AutoZone locations (Malden, Everett, Danvers, and Salem) due to their staff unwilling to change out my battery (even though it was a simple job for my vehicle make and model), I encountered Chad who was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. He was quite knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance, seemed very trustworthy, and demonstrated that he cares about customers—exactly what you'd want in a customer service representative. Even though this AutoZone location is quite out of the way for me, I will happily return here in the future.

Chad was very helpful checking on my car. I cam in thinking that my battery was dying. He helped me check the battery and the alternator while helping me with some other issues he found under the hood. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Autozone- Whatever you are paying Chad, it's not enough!

The headlights on my 2005 Chevy Silverado had oxidized markedly, to the point that they needed to be replaced. So, I checked price and quality comparisons with several brick and mortar stores, plus several online vendors, and chose AutoZone. Their supplier (TYC) seemed to have the best quality after-market product, and AutoZone's pricing was very competitive. It became an even better deal when I found out during the check-out process that I had qualified for a 20% discount plus free 2-day shipping. (I received the headlights in ONE day of my order.)

As far as the employees at this AutoZone, I couldn't be more satisfied. Anthony took my original call over the phone and took the time to validate the part numbers, confirmed that the parts would fit my vehicle, and assured me that if anything went wrong with the internet order, I could resolve the issue in store. I also had the opportunity to meet the store manager, Chad, who was also very helpful and professional.

So, all-in-all, this was an extremely positive experience in terms of dealing with the in-store AutoZone employees, and the smooth online transaction on the AutoZone website. I highly recommend AutoZone.

Went to autozone last night to buy a new bulb for my headlight. I was helped by Chad who went above and beyond. I didn’t know the type of bulb or even the exact model of my car so he went out in the cold to check my car and make sure he was recommending the right one to me. He even offered to change them for me since he already had them open to check the bulb. This was much more difficult than it should’ve been because the last person to change my bulbs had broken a piece and replaced it with something that shouldn’t have been there. He managed to work around that and got both of them changed for me which saved me a lot of frustration because I was going to try to change them myself. Chad’s a rockstar!

Chad Dube helped me today, my engine light appeared yesterday went to the Stoneham Autozone they said it was the gas tank just not being tight enough today I went to the North Reading Autozone where Chad took time to look at the gas cap and it was broken he helped me purchase a new gas cap. I am so impressed with his concern for me the customer and now feel at ease about my vehicle. Chad explained when and how the engine light will eventually go out and if it appears again I will need to bring to a mechanic and it is covered under my warranty. Chad also explained the process of how the mechanic would check to find the leak for that is what the diagnostic test read. Thank you Chad and the North Reading team for while Chad was find the new gas cap the associates talked to me and lifted my spirits great teamwork and leadership your Customer Service went well above my expectations.

Love being able to repair my own vehicle and saving thousands of dollars and generally gaining more experience in life. Northreading autozone is customer friendly and their staff goes out of the way to help you. They also have tools so if you break down and your near an autozone with a frozen pulley you can actually get your self going again. And yes that happened once lol.

I ordered two rear caliper assemblies for my Mitsubishi Outlander SE from AutoZone online. The day of install I discovered they were the "wrong" part (would not fit), so off I went to my local AutoZone in North Reading. The AutoZone part shipped was correct for most of that production run, however, the correct caliper assembly required for my vehicle was for the GT model, even though it is an SE model. Come to discover the manufacturer, for this particular VIN range had changed the caliper size. This was discovered by Chad, of AutoZone. Chad spent the necessary time to research and correct my situation. He quickly refunded my online purchase and provided me with the two caliper assemblies I required. His dedication to customer service has made AutoZone my go-to place for all my automotive needs. Chad's helpfulness had exceeded my expectations. Well done!

Really great AutoZone. They helped me get the parts I needed, explained the different options I had. They even recommended a mechanic to fix my car up the road for a part I couldn't quite Jimmy in. They also weren't into upselling but making sure I was doing what was right for me and my car.

North Reading has very good counterhelp and knows what they're talking about . Sorry to say but I would never go to Stoneham if I needed something technical . Being a mechanic myself anybody reading this understands completely

This is going to be like pretty much any other Autozone you've ever been in.

There are the random weird tchotchkes at the front, as well as whatever promotion they are running on stuff to change your oil. "Easy DIY" parts are out on the shelves in the store--things like wipers, lights, mats, and fluids. The "prosumer" stuff is in a small warehouse behind the counter--brake components, alternators, exhausts, etc. I suppose that keeps us regular folks from hurting ourselves...

The staff is friendly and helpful.
