I use the drive through and they are always nice and friendly!!
I’ve made 3-4 great friends at the window.

My go-to in the AM for early morning eats. Quick and efficient and the service is great.

Location is an easy in, easy out situation.

My favorite Dunkin in the area. The staff are so friendly and my coffee comes out the best!

I’d like to leave 5 stars specifically for Joe. I had been waiting for quite a while for my mobile order on this busy Sunday. Everyone was tired and working very diligently to pump out orders. Joe saw I was waiting and made sure to get my order out to me right away as everyone else was working the drive through. Even offered me a free donut!

I commend the current manager at Burlington Dunkin' on 2/18/20, at 2p.m., who replaced my "wrong flavor coffee" after an employee told me I couldn't have one. This Dunks has always been a pleasure to visit, and the current female manager was very courteous with great customer service!!

Always love Dunks, these hats are hilarious and definitely tempted to get one

There's a great team of people in this Dunkin Donuts. I've gone at different times during the day and they're always pleasent, they always greet you with a smile. The service is quick and efficient even when there's a long line of cars in the drive-thru or a long line of people inside. And they've never messed up my order. They're great example to retail customer service franchises everywhere.

The only negative is that the drive thru can take a little while but it’s not because of the employees, it’s just a major intersection. Coffee is always perfect and their donuts taste fresh and like they’re made with better ingredients

I just wanted to give a big thank you to one of your employees that was working tonight. I didnt get her name. I always come to this dunkin donuts since I work down the street the employees are always nice, and always make the coffee just right. Tonight as I was pulling in I noticed the store was just closing so I turned back to my car. As i was about to leave, your employee went out of her way and waved me inside the store and made me the best ice coffee. Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kindness!!

I come here often to beat the traffic before class. I study for a couple of hours. They are friendly, the service is exceptional, and the wi-fi works well! (Coffee is great, too! ;)

Generally pretty fast. Mostly high school and college kids working there, including myself previously. Most are generally pretty nice!

My favorite coffee shop, hands down. While in town visiting my mom I stop here every day for coffee and donuts, muffins, etc.

These guys are great, they always get my coffee just right and they're so friendly no matter what time of day it is!
