They were closing up and helped me quickly and efficiently.

Staff was nice & helpful. They didn't carry much selection of the item that I was looking for, & it seemed overpriced. I was surprised by some of the variety of different products they offered in other store aisles.

Try to get medication before store hours are closed and then to show up there closed, this isn't the first time it's has happened they need to get the store hours and the pharmacy hours separate from each other on the website.. thanks....... Other then that I do not have a problem

This is the second time that I've shown up to get my medications while no one is in the pharmacy during hours. Theres literally a line inside and around the drive thru and no one is here. Their own website says that they are open. Its 2:15 and no one will answer the phones. Do better.

If I could give 0 or - stars to this pharmacy I would have wrote this review a long time ago. EVERY time I get anything filled, whether it be for one of my children or my self they have some kind of smart remark or an excuse as to why they aren't doing their jobs. I'm sorry maybe I wasn't taught right when you're dealing with customers but I was taught the customer is always right. Well not here your wrong even if you are right. They have had my prescription up there for 2 days and I called to tell them my husband would be up to pick it up and the lady just kept saying I would receive a text when it was filled. 🤬 I told her he was going to be up soon to get it because he works in the afternoon and she continues saying, "We are open until 6 pm you'll receive a text ." Which is why you have people backed up at your drive thru constantly, because it should have been ready and as I'm sure other people are equally frustrated with your incompetence, will just make you have to get it ready by blocking your drive thru. 🙄👍

The pharmacy is never open. I have medication to pick up, and it's closed on a Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday too. Time to switch my pharmacy.

Lack of communication. Three weeks ago when I got my one script refilled I told the girl that someone will be calling soon to have my other script refilled. I told her not to bc I have alot left. She told me ok I will take you off automatic call and for me to call when I need them. Ok a week later I get the auto call, so I called right away and told them about it. Ok we will take you off the auto call and call when you need them. A week later get another auto call. Ok same thing...well today I get a phone call saying my script is 15 days past and they are going to put it back on the shelf. I told her the story and she wasn't very friendly when I told her she said well I was told to call, even when I told her everything. I was calling the same rite aide.

They will hang up on you while your still talking. Rude people.
