Kayla was great! She helped me upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and set me up with a new case, too. I had such a good experience here compared to previous phone purchases/upgrades at other retailers. If you are a Verizon customer and need a new phone, this should be your first stop.
