I’ll start by confessing that we are food snobs and love us some good BBQ (KC - Texas - award winning you know the good stuff!)

We are so glad we found this place! The brisket, ribs, and pulled pork were spot on! The sides 🤩 probably best au gratin potatoes my husband has ever had, lots of good sized bacon in the beans, legit Mac n cheese that adults and kids devoured! Oh and the jalapeño popper appetizer was super as well!

We ordered 3 meals for 2 adults and 2 pre-teens and had leftover brisket and ribs to enjoy for another time!

Stumbled across this place while visiting Cuyuna park. The brisket was AMAZING. Great atmosphere the staff was super attentive. One recommendation I would give is to offer mac and cheese as a side option. Overall great experience and will definitely be back!

We have now had multiple visits to The Hudson Smokehouse. The people that work there are so wonderful. This area is so lucky to have such high quality BBQ. My wife is from St Louis, where they take pride in BBQ. She turned to me yesterday and said, "I think this is the best BBQ I have had in my life." I highly suggest the Chop Brisket Sandwich.

If you're in the area and looking for somewhere to eat, you need to stop in. If they are slammed with customers, be realistic about your expectations.

I personally want to thank the owners and staff, all of our visits have been wonderful.

So. So. Good. EAT HERE! We stopped in later on a Sunday evening and Head Smoker DJ greeted us, informing us he was out of a few things, including brisket. We decided to stay anyway and we are extremely glad we did. Among the 4 of us we tried the nachos, the pulled pork, smoked meatloaf and the prime rib. Everything was super tasty. The au gratin potatoes, baked beans, corn muffins and apple crisp were very very good as well. The special margarita was great as well! We are sad they aren’t open the next few days, as we’d probably go everyday we are here. The server and DJ were wonderful and it was fun to hear the story of how the smokehouse got started. Seriously - go here. So worth it!

Really pleased with the food and prices. Also really appreciate that even though it was pretty full, we were able to hold a conversation without shouting. Probably because the music was quiet enough to be in the background. Good experience - give it a try.

We were looking to go on a gentle hike nearby when we saw this place. I was hungry so we went in. LOL
I had a grilled cheese and baked beans. Both were delicious. The staff was friendly and engaging. We will definitely go back because there are several menu items I'd like to explore.

Great spot for good ribs. Great portion sizes for the money. Staff was super friendly and even took me and my 5 year old son to check out the smokers.

My absolute favorite place to eat! I will drive from Brainerd just to eat here. Amazing food, delicious hot and cold coffee and the staff is the best around!

Delicious food, really nice people! All the sandwiches were super different but equally delicious. Great place post-ride— and they also let our dog sit outside with us.

Amazing place for any meal! Food and drinks are fantastic. Everyone who works at the Hudson are personable and great at what they do. Cannot say enough about this place.

Great breakfast wraps! Bathrooms are super clean, so I figure the kitchen must be too! Pretty cool and upbeat place! Will be back! Didn't know that scones and such were available. Will try that next time.

Spanking brand new coffee shop & cafe in Ironton. Absolutely one of the coolest places to hang out in + great outdoor space. Can't go wrong with drinks & good choices. Recommend the chai tea & pumpkin bars. Mmmm

Very cool restaurant that allows you to ride your bicycle right in the door. The staff, food and atmosphere are excellent.
