When looking for a storage unit, I didn’t know where to begin. I was unsure of the size, if i should get climate control or not. Brittany was fabulous help !! She walked us through every step and helped us pick the right unit. The costumer service deserves its own 5 star! I’m very happy with the services provided!!

Absolutely the BEST place to rent a storage unit from!!! Was greeted and taken care of by Brittany! She listened to my needs and helped me pick the best unit for my things. She made sure I was comfortable with my payments and reassured me that my stuff was in safe hands!!! Brittany is an absolute gem of an employee and those are hard to come by these days! She let me know if I had any concerns to NEVER hesitate and reach out to her!!!!

Property management is outstanding. Location is very east to access and the facility is well maintained. Prices are very good. Highly recommend.

First time using this rental facility. I can’t give it enough stars. One of the cheapest rentals in the area and some of the friendliest people. Brittany gave exceptional service and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She helped me find the storage area that fit my needs and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. This was my first time using a storage facility and was a little nervous but the girl in the office Brittany was really nice and helpful she was able to answer my many questions and it ended up being a super easy experience it’s nice when customer service is staffed with nice knowledgeable employees.

The office personnel are fabulous and are very attentive to my needs. Although I don’t agree with the pricing or the taking away of the senior discount since the new company took over, that’s a whole different subject.

The manager Mark at the Hamburg location is friendly and reliable. Never had a problem with my unit, but he has helped me on several occasions with issues on my end.

Extremely cordial. Provided all details of the rental and terms prior to signing lease. Full tour of the area my unit was in and inspection of my unit prior to signing. Service was excellent.

Extremely friendly and great to deal with. Took me to see the actual site we would be using for our RV. Great pricing and close to home. Would highly recommend.
