At first I couldn't stand this Post office, but the people have grown on me. Kurt is a great guy to talk to after a long day, the mother of 12 kids is very helpful, and the post Master is very knowledgeable.

We have experienced so much frustration with mail delivery through the Belmont post office. I can't tell you how many days of week we never get mail! In rain, snow, sun there always some excuse for our mail not to be delivered. There is no consistent time of delivery and absolutely no regard for customer service from this agency. I got a tracking notice that a small package (small enough to fit in my mailbox) was due to be delivered yesterday. At 3:30pm my mail was delivered to my mailbox, no package! Also, no notice about my package. I checked my tracking on-line at 5pm and it says "4:45pm attempted delivery, customer requests that package be held at the facility" WHAT?!! I was home, no one came to the door, and I never requested package to be held at facility! I call post office this morning and they tell me they don't know where the package is. I told them it better be delivered to me, today! I have had 3 packages "stolen" from my mailbox over the past 6 months. Have they really been stolen, or just never delivered? Post office says absolutely were delivered, contact the police. I have just had it with the lack of service from the post office and I will be damned if I am going to pay for a mailbox at the post office to drive 10 miles a day to pick up my mail. There needs to be some serious changes in the postal service.

Was supposed to get a package delivered Saturday which it was not but tracking said it was there then said out for delivery checked it later in the day it said my package was at the post office available for pick up. I was not able to pick it up because it was after 12pm and they were closed. Went there Monday morning around 9am and told the guy he asked if I had a yellow slip which I did not as there was not one put in my mailbox which makes me believe there was no attempt to even deliver it at all. So he walked around to make it look like he was looking for it then came back to the counter not even a minute later and says he can't find it and the person that delivers my route isn't in yet and he doesn't know where she put it and maybe she'll deliver it today. 1 why would tracking say it was out for delivery then like 2 hours later say available for pick up but not put a slip in my mailbox? Then go to pick it up and it's nowhere to be found and get an attitude from the working...but that's nothing new with this location.

A package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Tracking on said package says that they attempted to deliver the package but there was no answer when they knocked at the door. NO ONE knocked on my door to deliver anything. A few days ago I watched a delivery driver pull into the complex (where there are 2 different sets of mail boxes) they stopped at the one at the bottom of the hill and took the out going mail and then pulled back out without bothering to go to the box at the top of the hill. These are just a couple of issues I have had in the last few months. There are actually many more. I get that this is the holiday season but come on, it's your job to make sure customers are getting their mail!

worst post office ever, they lose mail all the time, always have an attititude and seem to intentionally make your mailing experience difficult. ive had the same address for 30 yrs and they refuse to recognize it as a mail recepticle so we had to get a p.o box. i recently purchased multiple items from amazon that they immediately returned to sender because silly me, i thought packages came to your door. they know who i am but instead of either holding the mail or transfering it to the p.o box they send it back to sender which is especially frustrating when you are waiting on something from another country. they abuse their position and hold your mail ransom. the entire place needs to be cleaned out and replaced with people who know what they are doing.

I placed my mail on hold while on vacation to come home to no mail to pick up ( I had six packages which should have arrived and a social security card). After a month a few of my packages were found on a shelf out back. One package worth $70.49 was delivered to another address. I contacted the company where I ordered it and since the tracking says delivered I cannot get a refund. The post master was supposed to try and find my package and this was now two months ago... so now im out over $70 and my social security card is god knows where!

Just an awful post office. REGULARLY held at the PO "per customer request" is what I see several times a week according to the tracking. I've found mail just thrown in the snowbank, no attempt to actual put it in the box. After calling, I get the RUDE lady at the Belmont PO telling me that my road isn't a priority for her, that I need to come get my mail. RIDICULOUS!

One of the workers literally parked himself in a position (on his lunch break) so he could call out and harass customers who parked incorrectly. He then proceeded to call the police on me because I threw my dunkin donuts trash... in the dumpster! He actually called the police! He was in a black Honda civic. Bizar beyond all belief. Curious to know if anyone has come across this individual or had any similar experiences??

We used to have a great mail guy. We now have god knows who, depending on the day of the week...normally I wouldn't care but I have witnessed multiple time now, the mail carrier stuffing mail into our box and not even bothering to close it!! This is garbage!

"Linda" (older woman) at this location has ZERO customer service skills! She was the meanest, nastiest woman I've ever had to deal with. Thankfully, just over the phone.

They SUCK on hold twice for over a half hour then they disconnect... I wish I could run my business as sh---y as they do and still get a pay check ever week.................................................. If I could put minus 100
I would. How about giving us a real phone number with a REAL person so
I can actually get some real help not a useless computer. What a concept, JUST SAYING...

One of the worst post offices I've ever dealt with in my entire life. They frequently lose mail, fail to deliver packages and are hard as hell to reach. They lost ~1000$ worth of various checks for me and my s/o, which is extremely suspect.
