AT&T Store

*I’m not a tech person so this is simply about my experience and interaction while in the store.
Reserved appointment online for service with my equipment/cellphone at noon. I was stuck in traffic due to super-bowl Sunday and arrived six minutes late however was taken immediately upon arrival.
Wow, that was extremely unexpected by the amount of cars in the parking lot and people in the store. Noted, apparently AT&T restructured the entire approach to servicing the general public and it appears to show a more positive attitude in the consumers who looked content, some smiling and looking around the store to workers joking with each other and customers who also appeared to be having a good time.
Certainly an unexpected yet Welcoming environment to be in when dealing with uncertain conditions like broken cell phone, unknown charges on your bill, or a lost/stolen phone as examples.
I received the most positive and authentic customer care that I felt empowered to write a very positive review about how well trained I felt the staff were and I observed them showing kindness not only to me but to anyone who entered the store. Any time the door opened, each person was individually greeted. My personal care director (what I call the store helpers who work extremely well with many types of people/situations but are assigned to assist me at the moment) was the closest to the door and she was the first one to greet and acknowledge customers.
She also resolved my concerns and helped me with to the best of her ability. I don’t enjoy dealing with technical issues however my PCD made the entire experience painless, not the bill- that’s on my family and me!

This Lakeland location was everything. Darby was amazing. She made sure that I was helped at a decent time frame. Darby welcomed me no I was already a part of the AT&T family prior to me coming in. The store was clean. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Even when my 4 month old was sitting while I’m picking out my phone, Jessica came in with her cape to save the day and held the baby while I can comfortably handle business. I love the way they explained the charges before I finalized my decision. I was so comfortable in my choices. I was happy to give them the sell/ thanks for welcoming me to the AT&T family

These people are so far ahead of me in technology it’s amazing. Hector helped me purchase a new phone. Gave me all the options so I could understand. I broke my screen protector and it took about 15 minutes from walking in the door till he put on another screen. Quick.

This is the way it should be done. I tried to buy a new phone in Mulberry and the experience was horrible. I looked up corporate stores and made a same day appointment at this one. I walked in (couple of weeks before Christmas) and they helped me right away. I can't remember the guys name, or the manager that later assisted, but they were 5 star. Unbelievably patient (we took awhile and the store got vey busy and they did not rush us at all), knowledgeable, and personable. I remember the guy said he drives from Babson Park to work, but I can't remember his name. LOL. Walked out with three new iPhones in hand (I only came in for one and Mulberry had told me I "probably" would have to order it. She never bothered to check inventory.) The also got me signed up to FirstNet.

Jessie was fantastic. Greeted me through the door, was very knowledgeable, took action and resolved my issue quickly. 5 stars.

The upgrade on my phone was very stress free. The representative was very patient and informative on my choices and explained things that I was not aware of. Mr Rosemond was very patient with me being a senior and evaluated and got me the product that met my needs!

All I found in this store is positive, so I recommend it. I used to sell AT&T long time ago, but now I found a beautiful store, full of the latest advanced technology, the illumination, the colors, are awesome. But let me tell you what, what I like the most, it's the people. Well trained, very friendly, some of them speak Spanish, and English, and for me the service is the most important thing. It's clean, easy to access, perfect environment, big parking area, and there are other stores, and restaurants. For me it's a 5 stars store. Services: 5G speed data/internet, iPhones, iPads, and Android mobiles. Streaming TV, Direct TV, accessories, and other devices and services .

Immediately as I opened the door to this store I was helped by Miguel who was knowledgeable, kind, pleasant and professional. Miguel was so thorough helping me with my cellular needs I ended up purchasing another phone on the spot. I also noticed that all the the Reps in the store were promptly attentive and pleasant with all the customers. Needless to say the customer service at this store is great!!! Highly recommend.

Darby was absolutely amazing! In the past when we had to upgrade our phones it was such a hassle but last night she made it seemless, quick and easy. She explained everything step by step for us, gave us all of our options and assisted us in setting up the new phones as well as purchasing watches we didn't even know we needed! Hahaha....We will definitely do this more often if we can work with Darby!

Miguel at the north 98 location was beyond helpful! He answered all our questions, was super friendly and got us the best deal. When we go back I will be requesting him!

Good services the store clean and people in the front for services

Hector took his time to make sure he found the best deal for me and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He also did not push the most expensive option and took time to help my wife as well. We ended up switching due to the exceptional customer service he provided (the price did not hurt either)

Nothing to say but great job! I was on my lunch break and was kind of expecting to be there forever (due to past times) but Hector was awesome. I got my new iPhone 13 pro the same day , transferred my data which was so easy it's stupid, and still had time to grab lunch and make it back to work one time ! Fantastic! Thank you!

I would recommend the AT&T store. Everyone was supportive and helpful. While I was waiting I noticed how other customers were being treated with the utmost respect and care. Very knowledgeable about all AT&T services and equipment.

Couple days ago I added 3 extra lines and two of which were smart watches. Went home and Took me nearly 2 days to figure out why i couldn't get my second watch synched with my second phone, I even called online customer service and three Representatives could not figure it out. TODAY I went into the store where I bought everything and Miguel explained everything and even fixed the issue within 15min even though they aren't certified in doing these technical troubleshoots with watches, He did an Excellent Job and will be going back to him!

I Received Exemplary Service During My Visit From AT&T Representative "Hector". He's A Real Professional And Knows What He's Doing! Covered All The Bases And Answered All My Questions. Great Job!

I always prefer to visit the store because the reps can answer my questions better than the customer service reps that you reach by phone. More than often I have to hang up because they don't understand how to help me. I will continue going to the store in person. Thanks so much for having a store in the area. That's one of the reason why I have kept your service for so long. There's always someone there who knows how to help. Thank you so much

Ivan went above and beyond in locating a phone case for my husband and I. The store had recently moved to a new location , so the products are in different location in the store bins . My husband told Ivan that we had has the iPhone XS so Ivan looked for the cases and when my husband told me which one he pick and i told him the ones he had told him was wrong. So poor Ivan then looked all over once more for the cases and found the correct ones.
He was very polite and just overall a pleasure to help with us in this manner! Thank you Ivan and good luck in the new store!
