Taco Bell

Lunch crew is on point. I am a vegetarian and they always get my order right. Great people, awesome service. I've been there several times during lunch and they never disappoint.

Went through the drive through tonight and they got my drink order wrong. Seemed real confused at the window. Only gave 2 packs of sauce with a decent size order. My beefy 5 layer was ordered with extra beef and nacho cheese but ended up being about half the side of a regular one any other time. 👎

Taco bell has $5 craving boxes what you get are a chalupa a 5 layer burrito a taco a drink and cinnamon twists all for 5 bucks. They have a dollar menu with a few things on it which is good for kids and happy hr through the week from 2 till 5 (not sure about weekends) slushies are $1 not sure what else is on that. They messed up my order and I called and it was replaced without any issues. I recommend this taco bell everyone is friendly food is good and fresh.

Order food at the kiosk. Picked it up about 10 min later. The lady behind the counter gave me 3 extra bean burritos for nothing because she made the wrong ones for another order. I always like free food. Food was great as always.

This location has really turned itself around . 5 years ago I gave three stars .today happy to give 5 . I've visited several times lately the employees treat you right the food is prepared correctly each time. I'm glad to say it has been better experiences each time. Keep up the good work.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a taco bell! Very clean and such a fun and inviting atmosphere! The night manager was full of smiles and a joy to have take care of me and my family!

We're back when you say about taco Bell? The only thing I have is they took the double-stacked tacos off the menu already. Oh well let's see what they come up with next.

Oh my gosh this was one of the best Taco bells I've ever had. Lately been discouraged from going to Taco Bell because of the higher prices but tonight's experience made it well worth it. Tired from a long night of Doordashing, I figured I'd stop at the Taco Bell somewhat reluctantly but was wanting tacos. Going to the drive-thru, I was greeted with a smile through the intercom the lady was patient while I pondered my order and upon receiving my order, I felt sincerely thanked and appreciated. Food came out timely and I pulled around to a parking spot to indulge--- And indulge I did. Each taco was nicely wrapped, the presentation was great and the taste was out of this world awesome. I was very very satisfied with this experience and will be back again. Thank you Taco Bell Ratcliff Kentucky. You all sure made the impression to the ending of my day.

As always staff, was extra nice in drive thru.

They have this new young lady, auburnish hair. She is so nice, and timid she works very hard i ate inside plave is dirty but only on person alone is cleaning and it looks better it is usually the new girl i seen her managers seem not to not like her. Very sad. Food was good, long wait. 5 stars because of one hard working employee, rest looked like slackers, unhygienic druggies, even managers. Not a good image!

This is, by far, the best Taco Bell I have been to, ever. The staff is super amazing: friendly, pleasant, HAPPY. Manager is very engaging with her staff members.

I’m giving them a 5 star because of there cleanliness and prevention of the spread of this nasty corona virus. I’m getting to the how....I’ve been in two sit down restaurants since they have opened and noticed that no one has had on a mask period coming or leaving not the employees I’m talking about the customers and what I witnessed this morning was so awesome, I had to take the time to write a review something I don’t typically do. I paid for my order with cash and she gave me my change back in a plastic Taco Bell cup and secondly when she gave me my food she handed it to me in a bind no contact really! and third she had a nice attitude two thumbs up for me!!!she did have her mask on correctly and the gloves I won’t comment on because being in healthcare I know how gross they are,!I just wish they could change those out every encounter but I know everything can’t be ideal great job overall.

Taco Bell is by far not a 5 star restaurant. But I rated this one 5 stars because the staff and the presentation of our meal. They really aren't skimpy here, they smile like they're actually in a customer service/fast food industry, and polite as can be even when bombarded with lunch rush. Great job team! Keep it up....

Probably the best fast food restaurant I have every had the pleasure to patronize. I have been to hundreds of them in my life, but this Taco Bell was the greatest.

Menu items were made with care. Service was given with a smile. The restaurant was kept darn near immaculate and I never had a problem with my food.

I love this place, okay? It was an absolute treasure when I lived in Kentucky and I have high hopes that it will always continue to be so.

First time going to them and the drive thru was packed. They did have a issue with the system but I waited which wasn't a long wait. Food came out fresh, I used to work at taco Bell so I know what fresh taste like. Customer service was good.

The worker “Katy” is super kind she took my family’s order and was really kind about it! It might have been a long line but she is really kind! Please go to Taco Bell and if she is there give her a good review because she is the best! I wish everyone was like her because she is literally the bomb! Also she is funny!!! 🤪❤😁

The staff is friendly and courteous and will take their time when you're ordering. They double check to make sure your order is done correctly. And the food is always been good

Our food was very well prepared yesterday at 5pm the cook fid an awesome job in preparing the food it was folded BEAUTIFULLY and put very well in the shells! Thank you!

Always a good experience here. Only maybe 3x in the last 4 years I've been here have they mixed up my order. Great Taco Bell! Yum!

I don't know the name of the daytime manager, but she definitely needs a raise and a paid vacation immediately! She's a hard worker and a very polite person to talk to.
