Starbucks

New addition to Goshen. Easy access from highway. Drive thru and mobile pickup is also available. Ordered a match latte and was as my usual. Staff were so friendly. Place was also busy this early morning. Ample seating indoor and outdoor. Parking is also free.

I witnessed some ladies get very upset after a 2 minute wait the other day. The employees are so patient and polite even when having to deal with these rude, impatient people. They claim they waited over 20 minutes but I walked in behind them. They were not ignored. They were greeted as I was. They were too busy chatting and laughing. Now I see their review and it hurts that they would slander like this. The poor staff deserves better they give their all even when short staffed and they deserve a raise.

Great atmosphere and lighting, lots of seating, comfortable, and a relaxing environment to study or just get together with someone for a coffee date. I really enjoyed the ambiance of this location. I’m glad to have a Starbucks closer to home!

Allow time for this location to learn, as I’m sure most of the employees are new hires. Patience, people!!!

This place is so well located. The baristas are very friendly, and the product is above average Starbucks standard. The inside is well kept and modernly decorated. This is probably my new go-to place for a quick coffee. Based on the bad reviews that I have seen, I think that it is due to human error, which is unavoidable. Cut them some slack. I think they are doing great!

Amazing new place building, very kind baristas and love the energy! People complaining about their drinks not being filled when they should look into wat they order. Witnessed a customer getting upset at the cashier for not giving them extra milk... but they didn't pay for extra milk

It's Starbucks. The food and beverage are standard Starbucks....not a bad thing. The staff elevates the experience separating this location from its peers.

Excellent new addition to the town! A spacious, well decorated interior, plenty of parking, and Starbucks' excellent reputation.

All the girls that work there are so so kind, it really adds to the atmosphere! The service is amazing, I hope all the workers know how much I appreciate their awesome attitudes and great service! 💜

Relaxing atmosphere, delicious Frappuccino, definitely a place I like to be at especially living in Goshen. Upbeat music & friendly.

The only Starbucks for miles around and very cool! Tons of parking. New! Handicap seating. Spacious.

Everyone is so nice, i appreciate the clean bathrooms. it sucks when customers aren’t as understanding with wait times.
