Taco Bell

Never had an issue here and I order taco bell more than I care to admit. Modifications are always accurate, good service as well. Today 4/5/24, they had some issue with the computers and all staff were very apologetic for the wait. Lady at the counter let me get a free drink even. There still are decent people in food service!

Absolutely fantastic team working at this Taco Bell. Had it not been for them I would not have gotten home because I popped a tire and my parents were out of town. One of the six team members had a car jack in their vehicle and raised my car to get the spare I had. They were all very chill about the situation and were glad to help. Basically the team is top notch in the friendliness department.

I’ve gone here a few times before and they’re food is consistently good as well.

Last night I went through the drive thru and forgot I had taken my wallet out of my purse. I was so embarrassed!! The young girl working was very sweet and offered for me to Venmo her the money and she would pay for my food. Well I don’t have Venmo but I offered to pay with a check. She said she didn’t think They couldn’t take that but she said she would ask. Only to my knowledge, when she went to ask her manager about my check, she paid for our food. She did not say anything about this and just told me when she handed me the bag of food don’t worry about it and to have a nice night. I only found out about this because I called to talk to the manager to see if I could drop the money off today and to let them know what a great job they did on our order. Our order was spot on, hot and delicious which is much more than I can say about the O’Fallon North store. Great job Staff and Managers!

If I've ever had a problem they've fixed it no problem. My favorite taco bell location.

Alexes has great customer service! Each time my veggie burrito was absolutely perfect. Incredible cooks and I’m sure they’re supported by great management.

Best taco bell location in the area hands down! They always prepare the food well, food is always hot and fresh. Never had any complaints at this location. My husband and I will continue to visit this location.

When I arrived at this store at about 7PM on a Friday, there were 8 people in line ahead of me in the drive through. I almost skipped out, but decided to wait... and they got me my food in only five minutes! It's not the first time this has happened, which is why I keep coming back. This store is efficient, employees friendly, and they rarely make mistakes on my order. The food is good, and they're being as safe as possible during this pandemic. I highly recommend. :)

Staff was friendly. Food was much better than other locations. Almost lost faith in Taco bell.. Would come here again if I lived in the area. I may have to make the drive when I'm craving tacos.

I love this Taco Bell Place, the taco pizza is good. The employees are really nice at the drive-thru and their food is incredible in general. I want to say thanks to Travis the one who took my order at 10:40 p.m. today he was nice, helpful and he is good at interacting with people. I give him a 10 star keep up the great work.

We have been going here for 18 yrs plus and we have covered the menu through the years, 45 visits or more. We have never had anything bad from this location. I give the food and the staff 5 stars. Thank you for keeping the Drive thru rolling and the Covid 19 safe guards in plan to protect the customers. Don't change a thing.

Ordered 2 burritos for a great price of $2 ea. Was surprised at the amount of meat was in them, a good thing! Cashier was very friendly and professional.

I rarely ever rate a fast food place, unless they're awful or exceptional. This Taco Bell stands out in the latter category. Really quick, great food, super nice (and dog friendly!) drive thru crew! All around great experience -

This Taco Bell is the best in St. Peters. We have a restaurant closer, but we're willing to drive a little further because our order is always right, our food isn't shorted on ingredients and they are always very friendly!! Definitely worth the couple of minutes out of our way.
