Chick-fil-A Shallotte

Quick lunch and Chick-fil-A was the perfect stop. Ordered food on the app, and even though the store was very busy, we were served quickly. Food was hot and order correct. Eating area was clean and being cleaned as soon as a table cleared. Will def go back.

Thought I was going to have to wait in line forever but even if the line is long they really get you through very quickly. Every time I go there(90%its drive thru) the staff are so friendly and very helpful. They are standing there in the rain and the cold and in summer the heat. But no matter how miserable they probably are they all have such good attitudes and energy! P.s- I try to tip each person that I speak to. If only one dollar. So maybe $3 or $4?

One of the best Chic-Fil-A’s. They’re busy but not overly so. People are kind, food is good and fast. Shallotte has a lot of fast food, but this is the best in town.

This Chick fil A has created an exemplary model for service, cleanliness, and fresh hot food. Whether dining in or using drive-thru, service is top notch. I appreciate clean tables and bathrooms. I can always count on the food to be consistently good and the service to be excellent!

Their mac n’ cheese never fails to make me happy. I’ve really come to like this place, even though my first couple experiences weren’t perfect. Lately it’s all I’ve been craving!

Good Ending: There was an issue with my app taking points in addition to redeeming my free coupon. Thank you, Ethan, for solving the issue. The other staff that I spoke to prior to Ethan, thank you for your kindness.

They make it super easy to have a mobile drive-thru so if I order off my phone I can just drive straight through scan the QR code and drive right up to get my food I do not have to wait in line behind anybody else they're always super quick very nice and friendly the inside of the place is immaculately clean they have really really put together a nice area

It's one of the busiest chick-fil-fils I have ever been had the pleasure of visiting. There were at least six persons in the two lane drive thru taking orders.
Inside, there were 6 people taking orders. The process was clean, efficient, and fast. Even your favorite soda was served at the counter instead of a separate station, which is usually messy, and people in line waiting to make a choice, or quickly guzzle down their overflowing cup to get more, or a different kind, for the third time.
Food was served at our table within 5 minutes, cooked as requested, jucy, and taste'e.

Fun place for casual dining. Outdoor deck was perfect...shaded & overlooking the water. Try the boatload of crab and fried calamari!

My son's ice cream cone dropped and they replaced it for him no problem. We were able to plug in my laptop and get some work done after eating lunch.

Food was good. Employees were friendly and helpful.

We look forward to stopping here every time we are heading to the southern beaches. Nobody does customer service better than Chick-fil-A!

Great staff, great service. Food was good as expected. This is a very busy location as with most Chick-ful-A stores, but they get you served fast. I was visiting from out of town and tried this location twice. Great experience both times. I recommend this location.

My son and I just ate inside and what a great experience.
Upon finishing our food Cathy couldn’t do enough for us!! She took our tray and got my son a bag for his fries and insisted on a drink holder to make my trip to the car easier.
The atmosphere is just so Happy in here. I love it. We will be back soon.

We are allowed to meet here every Saturday morning for an hour long Bible Study. Everyone's very welcoming. Store is very clean.

Seriously, best Chick-fil-A we have ever stepped foot in! The bathrooms were spotless, the service was fast, and the food tasted so warm and fresh. Highly recommend stopping by here if you get to the area and just need a nice place to sit either inside or outside.
