T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

After a nightmarish experience trying to upgrade my phone with Verizon and being made to jump through hoops over four visits to three different locations, I gave up and decided to jump ship. On my way home I saw the T mobile store, and figured that even though they were closing in an hour it would be worth walking in. Angel and Brian (?) were so helpful and friendly, transferred all my data to my new phone, and even took on the task of getting on the phone with Verizon's customer service to get the transfer pin and other information necessary to complete the switch. My phone plan and insurance on a brand new phone are considerably less than what I was quoted at Verizon, and I was walking out the door with everything I needed by the time they closed their doors for the evening. Highly recommend.

Ashley and her manager Brian were very helpful and patient in breaking down my bill and find solutions to low it. They went above and beyond to facilitate the return of some items. Great service and attention in this particular TMobile store.

The customer service here at this store is excellent! I came in with a problem & was able to resolve it. They went above & beyond to make me a satisfied customer. The atmosphere here is friendly and welcoming. The manager is a hands on person who is friendly and knows his products. His employees know their products too. So if you're

This experience was amazing 1000/10 Jerry greeted and then helped us when we walked in the door im not going to lie we were there for like 3 hours and he was patient the whole time. Helped us find the best deals and the phones that would be most ideal for us. He even called to switch a watch from one phone line to the other because the watch was putting up one hell of a fight. Offered us water well everything was being set up. Talked about pros and cons of upgrading watches and headphones. He even personalized the experience by talking about common interests.

We came into the store and were greeted by Tyrus. He was very friendly and helpful. We bought new phones. And when my old phone was causing problems and not transferring information to the new phone he didn’t get frustrated or annoyed that it was taking a long time. In fact he was more patient than I was. His female co-worker tried to help. She was very friendly to. My phone was finally working and we left for awhile and came back. When I came back I forgot my mask and and I went back outside to get my purse and I realized I forgot my face mask and I apologized for not wearing it and he didn’t make me deal bad and he accepted my apology for not having it on. He explained the phone and helped set up a few things for me and I thanked him. I made sure I got his name as I was impressed with his patience and attitude with the whole situation. I would definitely recommend going to this store and dealing with Tyrus and his female Blonde co-worker.

The employees here in this T mobil outlet are very helpful even though I was there only to ask help in transferring all information from my phone to another phone. Would like to give special mention to the following employees Ashley and Tyrus. Also there manager. Thank you very much for your help.👏

One of the best experiences I have had at any T-Mobile store. I usually go to the store on Burnside, where they are rude and always seem to be in to much of a hurry to help me. The staff at the Wood Village location is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had many questions and they were able to answer all of them. I will not go to any other T-Mobile besides this one

Totally AWSOME young people at this store! I'm not good at doing all the things that are needed for smooth operations on my phone or new tablet. They have bent over backwards for me and are so very patient with me and fix it all as well as explain everything thing as well! I LOVE these folks there! 😀 Nora

Nice store, good location; they moved 3 doors to the right of where they were last year. I went in because I had to pay my bill in cash this month. They had 3 reps there which was cool, they used to understaff. Thanks for the help today, Wood Village!

April was great. She didn't rush us and listened to what we wanted. They explained options we might be interested in, and also didn't push us more to things we declined.
