The staff was friendly and helpful.

I left my glasses on the counter when I dropped off several packages yesterday. I came back today and when I asked about them, one of the ladies behind the counter smiled and said "yes we have them." I was so relieved, they were prescription glasses and would have been expensive to replace.

When I dropped off my packages the day before, I had several questions since I had never used prepaid labels before. The postal worker was able to answer all my questions. She told me to wait just a minute, then she checked in my packages and gave me a receipt with all my tracking information.

Package got delivered to my old address, the staff and mail carrier Jerome was very nice and polite to help me retrieve my package.

Was pretty packed after the weekend but line still moved fast and the employees were very friendly!

I had second thoughts going to this center after seeing bad reviews but I ended up having a GOOD experience. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Great staff! I don't ship things very often so I don't know the requirements, plus when I went into a different post office, they were all rude. Needless to say, I was nervous. All I had was the package taped together when I stepped up to the counter. The man on the other side, I wish I remembered his name, was beyond understanding and helpful. He had me write the address/etc on the package while he helped someone else, and he was kind and patient while I did so. He cracked some jokes here and there and overall it was a good experience.

I called to see what happened with two packages that supposedly was delivered, and it wasn't in my mail box either in my door steps. When I called I had the privilege to talk with Pam, which happened to be the most lovely, sweet and efficient person I have ever encountered in any USPS. In less than 10 minutes I had somebody ringing my bell and delivering the two packages. What an experience! Thanks Pam for all your hard working to make sure we receive our mail.

It takes a high level of commitment to deliver our mail out in the heat and cold no matter what the weather is doing. Thankfully, our mail carriers have high standards. They aren't just tossing out the mail and calling it delivered. They work hard and deserve our respect and gratitude. Way to go Leander Post Office! Keep up the good work.

We had a mail order prescription that all tracking services showed as being delivered two days ago. Since we hadn't received it I called the Leander PO directly and talked to a lady named Dorothy. I explained what the problem was and she tried to track it from her end without success. She told me she would personally try to find it. She drove in her personal car to our community mailboxes (no short distance) and searched thorough all the mailboxes in the rain until she found it in the wrong mail slot - then delivered it to our door. She apologized several times for the mistake (not her fault). While the mistaken location was an inconvenience to us, Dorothy went above and beyond to correct it. Thank you Dorothy!

Awesome service. I had a package sent from Europe with a partial address. The post office workers took the time to try to call twice me. I was able to retrieve the package directly. My daughter was so happy to get her gift 🎁 thanks you guys.

I have to say that I have never had a bad experience with Leander USPS. Every time I need to mail something, the staff are friendly and seem to be enjoying their jobs. On occasions when the line is long, it always moves very quickly compared to other post offices I've been in. I really like my little home town Post Office.

The guys working here are THE BEST, hands down!! They are super helpful and very kind.💗

This post office is as good as any other. I've been in three times now, and the employees were nice. Of course, I was nice to them, too, and I didn't go in a rush, expecting miracles. Sometimes there is a line. Plan ahead.

I’ve always had a great experience with the men and women at our local post office and via phone. They have always been attentive and called me if there were any issues with a package.

Had a very good experience with this post office today. The lady on the phone was very helpful and got my missing package back on the delivery truck so I did not have to pick it up in person.

I had a package I was expecting that was misdelivered. I went to the post office and asked about it and I thought it was just lost by the time I left. Got a call from the site supervisor about an hour later telling me they found it (wrong slot) and redelivered it. No pin intended but they really delivered this time.

I've never had a bad experience here. Sometimes there are lines but the wait is never long. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great neighborhood post office, busy but friendly, always have a good laugh with folks in line or with staff, always get the different prices and great recommendations for your shipment...

Sometimes the lobby can get a little backed up but it eventually clears out. I find most of the staff to be friendly and helpful.
