Mary Joe deserves employee of the year. She always goes above and beyond when fulfilling requests and transmitting messages to the physicians. She is someone who does what she says she is going to do which is so unusual to find in doctors' offices these days. She is always positive and puts me in a good mood when we speak on the phone!

I would be remiss if I did not mention Dr. Nagle. He is an excellent physician to whom you can be open and honest to and in return you will receive thorough and proper care. He has an excellent bedside manner and has a disarming manner that makes going to the doctor's a far less stressful situation than I have experienced in other office's.

Thank you to Dr. Nagle's entire care team! And again to Mary Joe, a true asset to Ridgeview!

I highly recommend Dr. Heather M. Wilson if you need/want a highly competent and compassionate family doctor. Her holistic approach and training are invaluable for patients, as well as having a quality traditional medical background.

I had no issues with anyone from the front desk to the doctor or the labs. All very pleasant and professional. Answered all my questions and concerns.

Recently moved to the area and had a great experience with all the staff. From admin in person and on phone, nurses and Dr. Runkle, everyone was polite and helpful.

They rock!

Really funny how they have you come in 15 minutes early to sit in the lobby and then another 15 to 1/2 hour to sit in the room waiting for the doctor not good but I really like my doctor

They are nice and friendly but do not prescribe medication. If you have a sore throat or cold do not go here. Have tried on 2 separate occasions when sick, and they don’t prescribe real medication that assists with pain. Just over the counter stuff. Just a waste of money and time.

The Doctors are great. The front desk in not helpful at all and the business office charged my insurance using the wrong codes. Unfortunate, I need to look somewhere else even though I like the doctor there.

Recommend visiting another location. Have been a few times for basic care needs such as colds, sprained ankle, etc. The Nurse practitioners/doctors do not seem interested in establishing any kind of care plan or knowledgeable in practical medicine, they prefer to give referrals. Which is fine, just be prepared to leave still needing care. I followed instructions but to no avail for a treatment plan, and ended up leaving after the doctor had to step out and “regroup” herself after I asked a question. Very very odd and uncomfortable. Sadly has been a waste of time and I still need to find a doctor for care.

Not a fan of this location. On our only & recent appointment there, nobody between the receptionist, nurse, and doctor seemed genuinely happy to be there. Condescension and jadedness from the doctor left us wondering why he chose this profession in the first place. Also never received my requested follow-up call.
Other Ridgeview clinics are good; never returning to this one.

Went for a consult of sorts and left with a shrink referral over their ridiculous depression test without any other information from me, the patient, about anything. I kept being talked over like I was a child and I did not appreciate that at all. Dr. Runkle had no right to deny me the service I was there for regardless of how he "felt". I hope you guys aren't billing me for this b.s. visit.

Diagnosed with a chronic pain disorder and right knee issues (but the staff there decides that my size, shape, and tattoos are are reason to profile instead of providing care and treatment). Dr. Runkle and his nurse accused me of missing appointments and refused to refill 1 of my prescriptions until I scheduled with him. I responded with an e:mail about my confusion and my lack of disapproval for attacking me and sending documentation proving so because the accusation was false.

Fact and evidence: I was already scheduled to see him AND it was at the suggested 3 months out which is also clearly printed in the after visit notes. I immediately received a phone call from his nurse apologizing and said she crossed notes/files.....sure, which is why neither have this listed but we continue to profile. My next appointment is on the 2/14/2022. I have had to endure a lot at 46 and I will not allow you to bully me. I will continue to be patient there because I am taking notes and the truth does not need defending.

Someone I know was denied care here because they had Covid. This makes no sense to me because this is a clinic. The person I know needed an inhaler because they were having difficulty breathing. The clinic wouldn't even offer that or schedule a phone consultation.

As a member of the medical profession myself, I was SHOCKED and APPALLED at the information shared with me regarding the rude, unprofessional and inappropriate handling of a pt. During a recent appointment. Subsequent phone call made to the clinic in an attempt to speak with the physician involved proved to be disturbing as well. Caller was told by a rude, sarcastic receptionist “um no, I’ll give him a message, he’s seeing patients” She made zero attempts to aid the caller or direct them to someone else who could be of help. when asked for her first and last name, her response was “no and none of your business” she then hung up. The pt. Was also subject to employees inappropriately discussing another pt. I don’t know what’s happened to this place but myself and my family will be looking elsewhere for our medical needs. I would give them NO stars but it won’t let me post if I don’t give them at least one! What a joke

Terrible. The front desk ladies told me mr runkle prescribed suboxone so i waited a week for my appt and ended up waiting in his room for 20 min while he wastes my time some more. He gets in his office and tells me he cant prescribe suboxone and another one of my meds total waste of time and money. Not even a real doctor lol what a waste of space and air
