Had the most amazing phone interaction, sale, and transfer. Jordan was so patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had, and there were alot. I highly recommend him. I am forever grateful for his 5plus star service. He's a keeper.

The staff at the VERIZON store in GREENFIELD, IN, is always very polite and helpful. The paper billing from VERIZON I am not really happy with (bills that come through the mail.....always late when I complain to store service reps........sometimes a bill will then come to me through the mail AFTER the complaint......
.If it were not for the late paper bills VERIZON would get 5 stars. Fix the paper billing.

This location was busy at the time that I visited but the staff were very friendly. I still got what I needed. The staff who worked with me were knowledgeable, and I got a great deal!

The gentleman that work in this store are so kind! My daughter accidentally dropped her phone in a sink of water. The helped dry it out and then made sure the phone still worked.

This place often stresses me out, but what a better experience than usual! Came here with my mom to get her a new phone. Was greeted immediately by the whole team with enthusiasm! Worked with Jordan who not only saved us money on our monthly plan, but utilized perks of our new plan to save on her phone. We felt safe to ask a million questions and Jordan kindly answered all our concerns with switching to a new plan. After she walked in feeling apprehensive, my mom left happy we came and confident in her new device/accessories. Good service and clearly good teamwork among the employees to solve problem.
