AJ's Copier, Printer, Repair and Sales

AJ said it wouldn't be worth the money to fix my cheap color printer and he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining why, and giving me suggestions for a DYI repair. He also had suggestions for a replacement printer. He was very helpful and I'll use him for any future computer or printer issues!

I called AJ about my Epson eco take printer. I accidentally ripped the FFC ribbon it wasn't a very expensive printer. He informed me of the cost of repair and frankly recommended a new printer. I appreciate his honesty, and how knowledgeable he was. Even though he couldn't help me or could but was nice enough not to just take my money when it wasn't in my best interest lol . I will definitely be going back to him for all my printer needs.

We are talking serious honesty and helpfullness with AJ. He talked me through several solutions to fix a printer and then concluded I would probably spend more to fix it and recommended that I purchase a new one. He does not sell smaller printers so there was absolutely nothing in this for him. A really good guy. Wish there were more out there like him.

I'm an attorney and was desperate to fix my printer without which I am out of business at least temporarily. I cold called AJ and he was able to help me solve my problem over the phone. He's the best!

I was having problems with my Canon Imageclass printer and needed service. The issue involved not being able to insert the paper tray back into the machine because another tray (duplex) was unnaturally hanging down in the interior which blocked the tray's insertion. I could not reach AJ directly for a while, but he called me back promptly. We initially tried a few steps to correct the problem, but none of them worked. AJ explained that he thought that the problem was mechanical and suggested I take a few more steps to resolve the issue. I hung up and did the steps which he clearly proposed. Voila! That method worked. I was thrilled to be able to reinsert the tray. I then turned on the machine and tried to print a two-sided document. That too worked perfectly! I really didn't want to give up this solid printer that I have had for over 10 years. I could have driven about 70 miles to his shop for the repair, but AJ was willing to talk me through the problem. I called him back to tell him of the success and wanted to pay him for his expertise, but he refused any payment! How can anyone go wrong with such service. I am so happy that I called him. He has saved me a lot of money, time, effort, and frustration!

AJ is a very good printer repair person. He gives a very good advise on fixing copier or printer. Very honest person.

He quoted a price to fix my laser printer. Came and fixed it. (was a paper jam in an area I never new existed) He lowered his price.Exstreamly nice guy. Highly recommend.

I cold-called them after googling, and they sent a knowledgeable repairman for our commercial inket printing (we dye-sublimate) and he had it fixed within 2 hours at a reasonable price. He came to my office within the hour. Thanks, glad we found you!

Called for an issue with a toshiba copier fully expecting to pay several hundred in service fees- instead AJ spent 15 minutes diagnosing and resolving the issue for me over the phone. Phenomenal customer service!

They weren't able to fix my printer since no parts are available from the manufacturer, but were so helpful to make recommendations of what to buy next.

AJ has reasonably priced used copiers of all sizes!
